Kid-friendly vacation rentals in El Poblenou, Sant Martí

Our family had a great time in Miriam's place, which offers tons of entertainments for our kids. The kids enjoyed the toys at the garden, and they also took the bicycles from the house to the nearby park for some rides. Miriam is a very nice host and she prepared some special gifts for our family! Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette charmante maison de ville. La situation était parfaite, au calme, tout en restant proche de la station de métro, des restaurants et des supérettes. La maison est totalement atypique, spacieuse et très lumineuse, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Tout était parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien. La grande surprise c’est que nous avons pu garer notre véhicule dans la maison avec un accès direct à la cuisine, ce qui était très pratique. La terrasse avec son petit bassin est Superbe . Nous y avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners avec une odeur de jasmin incroyable. Un grand merci à Paula , Victor et au papa de Paula pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse. Paula a été très flexible sur nos horaires d’arrivée, ce qui nous a permis de mieux organiser notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette belle adresse.

David was a great host and staying in his place was brilliant for a break in nature while close to Barcelona. The train station is less than a 10 min walk away and the trains are frequent. Everything in the house was perfect with nice touches left for breakfast when we arrived. We would definitely recommend and stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our Airbnb stay in Vilassar de Mar! The house was impeccably clean and very well-maintained. It had all of the amenities we could have hoped for, which truly made our time there comfortable and enjoyable. From the kitchen appliances to the comfortable living spaces, everything was thoughtfully provided and in excellent working order. The location was great for exploring the charming town and Barcelona. Our host was very communicative and helpful throughout the booking process and upon arrival. We were given fair warning about being mindful of noise levels to respect the neighbours, which we appreciated and were happy to adhere to. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped house close to Barcelona.

Silvia is such a lovely person, the communication was perfect before, during, and after our stay. She has prepared our arrival with great care, and has been as flexible as she could to meet our agenda (thank you again for the special gift for my father's birthday!!). The house is well located, only a few meters from the train station linked with Barcelona (30 min trip from this station to Barcelona, only costing a few €). The beach is right behind, it was very much enjoyable during those hot days. The house is nicely equipped with everything you need for a short or a long stay. There are many parking options nearby for the vehicles as well. Some nice restaurants and bars are accessible in the town. In summary, we had a wonderful time in Vilassar thanks to Silvia and her nice house.

El apartamento es espacioso, tenia todo lo indicado en el anuncio, Pablo fue muy amable con nosotros, siempre se estuvo comunicando y también nos ayudó a ingresar antes ya que llegábamos temprano, esta cerca del Parque Guell y el metro queda como a 10 minutos caminando.

Der Check-in mit Roger war super. Er hat uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Barcelona gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Einrichtung. Besonders die zwei Bäder waren von großem Vorteil. Die Gegend, in der die Wohnung liegt ist sehr schön und man kann alles gut erreichen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt bei Roger sehr gut gefallen. Besonders zu dem Preis ist die Wohnung eine absolute Empfehlung.

Sehr gute Lage und ideal für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Gut ausgestattet, sauber und Oswaldo ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Allereerst, wat een prachtig uitzicht! Wij hebben het apartement gebruikt als uitvalsbasis naar Barcelona. Tip is wel om dan de auto te pakken naar beneden (en weer om omhoog) als je de trein naar Barcelona wil pakken. Want het apartement ligt op een berg. Vandaar het uitzicht ;) Als je direct beneden parkeerd is het gratis en er is dan een loopbrug over de drukke weg bij het station. Goede verbinding met de trein naar Barcelona (30 a 40 minuten). Het strand is ook mooi en schoon. Alberto hebben wij als een fijne host ervaren. Zeer attent via de chat!

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, safe, peaceful. Check in was seamless. It’s an oasis in the middle of busy Barcelona exceptionally close and connected to all major attractions. 10/10 will book again.

We had a great stay! Carlos is easy to communicate with, check-in was fast with no problem, we were even given milk, Coca-Cola, beer and nuts for start. Apartment is in great condition. Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped + basic things like oil, coffee, salt, soap, plenty of towels etc already there. We came with 2 year old and were given high chair and big baby cot - 2nd bedroom is big enough to put it inside beside bunk beds (but without closing the door). Beds were comfortable (2 separate mattress in main bedroom). Air condition and ventilator worked perfectly. View from balcony is to die for! Sun doesn't come till about 14h so it's nice to drink morning coffee in shade. Apartment is high (4th floor) so there is always nice breeze outside, even when it's hot. Apartment has lots of light, but also blackout blinds. The only issue is that it's above main road so there's plenty of road noise, but we slept OK with earplugs (2nd bedroom is quieter). We will surely return here!

Amazing host and amazing apartment. Lots of amenities provided by the host including beach towels, balls and even sun cream provided in the bathroom. Location is great and only a 5 min walk from the beach and a 5 min drive from the Rambla and bus station. Would recommend

This place is such a gem on the coast in Barcelona. It’s a quick 20 minute drive to the city center. Truly the perfect place to disconnect and hear the waves on the beach. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are back in town.

We had an amazing experience staying at Manel and Jordi’s place in Barcelona! The place truly felt like home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a family of 3. The location was perfect - the beach and many attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Manel and Jordi were fabulous hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Barcelona. We will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The apartment has stunning, unobscured views of the sea and coastline which can be enjoyed inside and on the balconies at any time of day. Walking up the coast brings you to a paved coast walk and Gava Mar for little bakeries & coffee shops. Bus stop 3 minutes walk to take you to Barcelona city centre within 45 mins. The accommodation is spacious and furnished as required with a well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nagyon könnyen megközelíthető a lakás, minden program után gyorsan haza jutottunk. Rengeteg bevásárlási lehetőség van a környéken. Marta nagyon segítőkész, kedves. A lakás kényelmes, mindennel felszerelt, nagyon tiszta. A nagy terasz kényelmes étkezésekhez, pihenéshez.

The location for the price is an absolute dream, just minutes to walk to the most beautiful beach and walking path. With bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas at our disposal we were able to explore the area and enjoy the beach, restaurants and parks. The grocery store is just across the street and the bus stop which takes you into Barcelona just steps away. The grounds have a neighborhood pool, restaurant and play ground. Very quiet and family friendly area. The unit is spacious and we loved preparing our meals and enjoying them on the large balcony. The beds and linens were comfortable and there was lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The kitchen was fully equipped and had the extras like oil, salt and pepper etc. The hosts are very attentive and looked after our every need. Highly recommend!

Mo's place is fantastic! Super clean and well-stocked with amenities upon arrival. Great location that is easily walkable to the beach as well as many local food/drink spots. I'd particularly recommend METL. So good, we went there twice during our 4 day stay! It's also a very short ride into the city center and taxi/Ubers are readily available. Overall, would highly recommend!

Wir möchten uns bei Nadia& taras für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist top und man braucht nur 2 min bis zur Metro und zur Stadt 15 min. Alles sehr gut erreichbar. Können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay at Luis’s flat. It was a great space in a wonderful location. Very peaceful, safe and walkable to much of what we did while in Barcelona. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Barcelona.

The apartment is in the center of the city. You can walk to restaurants and historical places. You can see the Gaudi church ( La Sagrada Familia) from the balcony. You can catch the hop on bus near the church and tour the entire city. Bring your walking shoes if you go but it is well worth it.
