We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit Pool. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, ein Auto definitiv von Vorteil. Es ist alles da was man brauch, sogar ein Außengrill. Frische Orangen und Zitronen die man direkt von den Bäumen auf dem Grundstück pflücken & mittels vorhandener Küchengeräte gleich zu z.B. Limonade oder Orangensaft verarbeiten kann. Nando ist sehr freundlich, schnell zu erreichen und stets hilfsbereit gewesen. Gerne wieder!!!

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar, la casita estaba en perfectas condiciones. Mari encantadora, muy atenta. Sin duda repetiremos.

Todo lo puedo abreviar en una palabra "excelencia"Olga muy atenta con todo y Tania quien entregó las llaves, siempre predispuesta a la organización de nosotros para la entrada y salida. La limpieza del lugar hay que destacarlo, impecable ya que es difícil encontrarse con un lugar así. Tienen un buen equipo. El lugar es cercano a la playa podéis ir caminando, teneis muy cerca un supermercado. El lugar es perfecto para desconectar unos dias y pasarlos genial.

Salvo la llegada del primer dia, que fue un caos encontrar la casa y sobretodo aparcar, porque era ya bastante tarde, el resto todo fenomenal. El apartamento es precioso, tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. La casa es amplia, bonita y la terraza espectacular...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Santiago. Parfaitement située, en face de la plage et d’excellents restaurants, proche d’un loueur de vélos, à proximité du centre ville, la maison était idéale pour profiter et visiter Valencia. Le logement était confortable, paisible, spacieux et propre. La piscine était très agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Nous espérons y revenir prochainement. Merci Santiago pour ce bel accueil!

We had a wonderful stay at Alain’s apartment in Cullera! The location is fantastic - just steps from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The view from the balcony was lovely, especially at sunrise. Everything we needed was close by, including supermarkets and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Alain was a fantastic host—very nice, friendly, and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Edu’s apartment in Valencia! The place was spotlessly clean and had a lot of character, with high ceilings and stylish decor that made it feel very welcoming. The bathroom was modern with a great shower, and the small balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals at home. Communication with Edu was excellent—he was very responsive and even arranged a late check-out for us, which was a big help since our flight was later in the day. The neighborhood is very pleasant—within walking distance of the city center, but quiet and not overly touristy. One thing to note is that the apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator, so that’s something to keep in mind. It wasn’t an issue for us, though. All in all, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

Vicente è stato molto reattivo e accogliente, ci ha aspettato nonostante il ritardo del volo e ha aiutato i nostri amici cui era stata cancellata la prenotazione a trovare un nuovo alloggio!! Super!!

What a wonderful stay we had in Rita's apartment with our 2 year old child. We felt really at home and the location couldn't be better. A playground right in front of the building, a supermarket and restaurants as close as possie, and everything in the city walkable or by metro with a close by station. Communication with Rita was perfect, she always answered fast and had tips for us. We recommend this to anyone, with or without a child.

Io e il mio gruppo di amiche (in totale 6 persone) abbiamo trascorso un weekend a Valencia e abbiamo soggiornato in questa graziosa casa. L’alloggio dispone di un bagno, due camere, una cucina a vista e un divano letto che abbiamo utilizzato per sistemarci tutte. Anche se non abbiamo usato la cucina, perché abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori, era ben attrezzata e in ordine. L’host, Ximo, è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile: ancora prima della partenza ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per effettuare il check-in in autonomia. L’accesso all’edificio e alla casa avviene tramite un link: non lo avevamo mai provato prima, ma grazie alle istruzioni chiare è stato tutto semplicissimo. La posizione è ottima, a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dalle principali piazze del centro. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio per soggiorni brevi: è comodo, ben posizionato e gestito con cura!

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top, man ist gleich bei der Ciudad de las Sciencias und schnell in der Altstadt und auf dem Land.

The house is as listed, amazing views right onto the beach. A lovely walk along the beach front. Mary was very helpful and responsive, giving lots of info on the area etc. The house is approx 30mins by car from Valencia City / airport, I would recommend having a car as the area can be quiet, especially in low season. Even though we had a car, we still took the bus into Valencia City on one of the days, it was approx 15mins walk to the bus and then 50mins on the bus. It was cheap and a nice journey through smaller towns, even our small children enjoyed it. There is lots to do and see in the area, again a car would make it easier to see around but there seems to be good bus links. The house had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We felt very safe and at home throughout our stay.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

el apartamento es justo como sale en el anuncio, la zona y la ubicación en primera linea de playa es increíble y la anfitriona muy amable y pendiente de todos los detalles. de hecho repetiremos en septiembre.

Cuca is a wonderful and helpful host. she supported throughout our stay during Valencia marathon and even came out on the course to cheer us up. Will definitely come back to her lovely place to visit the beautiful surroundings or run the marathon again

Nous étions 5 dans le logement proposé par José. Le logement est situé dans les étages supérieurs du bâtiment d’une résidence récente très calme et bien entretenue. L’emplacement est à proximité de plusieurs lignes de bus ce qui permet aisément de rejoindre les différents lieux de Valence. Le logement est très bien entretenu, et très propre à notre arrivée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour en famille un peu comme à la maison ! A noter qu’il y a un commerce Consuum bien fourni à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Plusieurs restaurants et une boulangerie. Je conseille !
