Vacation rentals in El Abadengo

We enjoyed our visit with our family over New Year for three nights. Luis was a very helpful host and always responded quickly to any questions. We appreciated the freshly baked cake on arrival and on the second morning some treats from the bakery. We particularly enjoyed seeing the fireworks from the exclusive resort of the opposite side of the river for New Year. We popped open a bottle of bubbles to share on the rooftop terrace with a fabulous view at midnight. Great atmosphere. Would be fun to return during the summer months to enjoy the lovely pool.

Where to begin. We chose Jesse’s place to begin our family trip to Portugal and it set the tone in all the right ways. From the recommendations to take a tour with Nuno & Grapeland to dinner cooked by the neighbors, we didn’t want to leave. Jesse & his neighbors even helped us out of a ‘rite of passage’ moment when we got our car a bit stuck on a vineyard road during the nationwide power outage. We truly hope to return one day and the memories of this trip will last us a lifetime. The photos will never do the place justice as it consistently took our breath away.

Tal e qual como nas fotos! Perfeita para passar uns dias com um grupo de amigos ou família. A casa fica numa Aldeia muito sossegada e bastante simpática para os seus visitantes. Casa muito bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário, incluindo produtos de limpeza, utensílios de cozinha, toalhas de banho , entre outros. O jacuzzi surpreendeu pela positiva, já que a temperatura da água estava perfeita. Todas as manhãs tinhamos pão fresco deixado na porta para o Pequeno-almoço, o que agradecemos imenso. A Anfitriã esteve sempre disponível por mensagens. Resumindo, estava tudo perfeito e contamos voltar brevemente. ☺️

Très joli endroit en nature, calme, bien isolé, et volets opaques( on a vraiment bien dormi !) et foyer qui met une belle ambiance. On est en campagne et on se sent en campagne 🧡

Wir haben eine Nacht in dieser kleinen Hütte verbracht und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war sehr komplex und eng mit dem Auto, aber er ist es wert! Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und wir haben den Abend in der hervorragenden Gesellschaft einiger pelziger Freunde verbracht. Auch der Whirlpool war zweifellos einer der besten Teile unseres Aufenthalts. Der Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und auch sehr nett proaktiv gefragt ob alles soweit passt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und werde wiederkommen!

Our family of 5 loved our stay in the Chalet. It is in such beautiful surroundings overlooking a waterfall & in a great location for many walks as well as nearby local restaurants. The chalet was warm & comfortable with everything we needed. Pedro’s recommendations & local knowledge was really appreciated. Would love to stay again - highly recommend!

Logement impeccable et très propre. Pleins de petites attentions très agréables à notre arrivée et pendant le séjour. Nous avons adoré et recommandons fortement le logement de Luisa!

Das Appartment von Humberto hat uns sehr gefallen und war für uns zur Hälfte unseres Portugalurlaubs genau die richtige Wahl um uns etwas zu entspannen. Die Lage besticht mit einer atemberaubenden Sicht auf die Serra da Estrela und es war sehr ruhig. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

super séjour grâce à Victor, qui facilite nos visites et notre quotidien à Salamanca. les conseils de visite et de restaurants, le nécessaire pour cuisiner sans avoir besoin de tout acheter. la jouissance d'une terrasse collective avec le beau temps qui arrive. et il n'est pas responsable, mais se réveiller avec les oiseaux a son charme. de nombreux bus de ville à proximité pour les visites. top
