Beautifully equipped apartment, everything available, nice interaction

Astrid was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, I experienced a medical emergency, and she went above and beyond to assist me, even accompanying me to the pharmacy since I don’t speak German. What truly touched me was how she checked in on me over the following days—a gesture that showed genuine care. Her home was absolutely lovely: beautifully kept, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short or long-term. The stunning water views and nearby beer garden added to the charm. While the house was impeccably clean, it’s worth noting there’s no microwave (the oven works just fine!). For groceries, dm and Rewe are about 2km away, easily accessible by bus. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this was by far my best experience. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I can’t recommend Astrid’s place enough—it’s truly special.

Location of the premises was just perfect for me. Almost everything is nearby. The apartment itself is lovingly equipped with everything needed. If I need a place to stay again spontaneously, I will contact Patrick again!

The apartment was just great! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the newly renovated bathroom was also great! The apartment is also very easy to reach by public transportation. Particularly noteworthy is host Hildi: super easy and very pleasant, helpful communication. Thank you again for everything! We will be happy to come back and would highly recommend this place!

Had a great stay at Julia's place! The place is really something special and as shown in the pictures. Everything worked out great and the communication was easy and friendly. We can fully recommend the apartment and would book it again at any time!

1+ with asterisks! I stayed here for 3 weeks for work and am absolutely satisfied, I felt very comfortable! The apartment is large enough to prevent the ceiling from falling on your head and living & sleeping is super separated from each other by the clever layout. The amenities provide everything you need in everyday life. The private parking space right outside the door was a small highlight for me, so it was also a lot easier to get in and out 😊 The communication with Julia & Heiko was incredibly friendly and straightforward, my messages were always answered within a few minutes. I also received help on site immediately! Conclusion: I will definitely come back if I need another place to stay in the area! 😊

Squeaky clean home Is all that I can say. Not more than 30 steps to the Plonlein and maximum one minute to the town center. It is the closest to the main parking and to take a train. You need to walk 14 to 15 minutes. It’s a beautiful walk, so it is fine. 2 to 3 days is more than enough in Rothenberg and this home will be your wonderful place to stay. Carmen is very, very helpful and extremely proactive.. there is no noise outside, even though we are right next to the Plolneine and tourists. The entrance is clean, the stairs are spotless. The whole experience has been outstanding. Our room was on the first floor. There was salt, pepper and rapeseed oil. I could not find the speck of dirt. Thank you Carmen.

Thomas was a friendly and accommodating yet unobtrusive host. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, attractive, private, and very clean. Stuffed-animal door stops added personality. Altogether a great place to stay!

Hajrije provided us with a super clean apartment. Very cozy, as shown in the photos. The beds were a dream. We were surprised with fresh flowers, drinks, chocolate candies and a fruit bowl. You don't find that in every apartment. Got good tips to explore the surrounding area. Questions are responded to quickly. We felt very comfortable here for a week. The sounds of the adjacent street can almost be turned off by closing the windows. The house is well insulated and has ventilation in the rooms even with the windows closed. We thought that was very good. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house, which is available to guests.

Nice host, everything was fine. A big plus is the underground garage.

Interesting small apartment. The charm comes from the old building, in combination with the modern expansion and the mix of amenities. We loved the big cozy bed, we didn't want to get up! The location directly on the main road no longer bothers at all at night, it is really pleasantly quiet. We also loved the bakery next door, quickly picked up breakfast and ate it comfortably in the apartment. I think we'll be back! Also, thanks for the super-fast answers and the nice communication! We had a very nice weekend in the wood season. Our children were particularly enthusiastic about the games room, the charm of the decor and the individual attentions. The reception and communication were very friendly and uncomplicated.

The apartment was just great – even better than in the pictures! Everything was very clean and maintained. Particularly noteworthy are the incredibly friendly and understanding landlords. Clear recommendation, would come back anytime! :)

We used the apartment as a stopover between two weddings and spent three nights there with grandparents and our two children. The kids had a lot of fun in the hot tub and playing in the sandbox.🙃 The apartment on the ground floor was very spacious and the dining area with the large table was great for shared meals. Everything was also super clean and tidy. If we were in the area more often, we would definitely come back. ☺️

Everything worked smoothly, Sarah and Manuel were very helpful and friendly, I can only recommend it.

We were 3 adults and 2 children (6 and 4 years) and immediately felt comfortable and at home in the cottage in Gutmichel. It really is ALL there. Especially for children. They could be busy the whole day. Even a swimming pool and also a pond have been created in the outdoor area. The people are all super nice and hospitable. It's one of the few places you can't really say anything negative about We will definitely spend our vacation there again with the children 😀
