The Stand Alone
The Stand Alone is an intimate, earthy retreat made for 2 Our cabin is a sanctuary where forest meets the sea, a quiet place for communion and reconnection with nature. Amid the salty air and birdsong, our bed looks to the trees and a deep bath with unlimited hot water. Humble living in luxury, the wood stove keeps things cozy and Belgian cushions are perfect for sprawling out in the evenings. Located in sleepy Lufra Cove, a magical corner of Eaglehawk Neck. ‘The Lady’ Primrose Sands
As featured in Home Beautiful The Lady is a colourful waterside haven inspired by the cosy hotels of the British seaside. Sink into the velvet antique sofa and let the view carry you away. The cedar tub is hot and ready for your arrival, with the Tasman Peninsula in the distance. Once a rustic fishing shack, The Lady has been reborn with comfort and character as the guiding ideals. Pattern and colour have brought her to life and made a once boring white box into an enchanting haven for two.

Ocean beach front. (Raoul) 3 Capes Cottage

Charming, rustic, authentic, warm and clean, full of character and stories. 14 min drive to Port Arthur. 50 mins to Hobart Airport. The Bunker - Place of the stars
Rural retreat in Murdunna, the best kept secret on the Forrester Peninsula. A comfortable and charming open planned upcycled tiny home. Surrounded by a native garden and glimpses of water views across the bay. A short 2min walk to the water's edge. The use of Tasmanian timbers and re purposed materials makes the Bunker experience unique & memorable. The name Murdunna is believed to come from a local indigenous word meaning "place of the stars" Fur kids welcome 😻 we are fully fenced.

The Old Jetty Joint | Tasmania
The Old Jetty Joint welcomes you with a cosy 1970's shack vibe. This classic Tasmanian shack has been thoughtfully renovated to take full advantage of its spectacular location – perched overlooking Pirates Bay, only 150m from the beach. With one of Tasmania’s most stunning bays just across the road, your gaze will skip endlessly between the swell lines and the dramatic coastline beyond. Pack your surfboard or whittle the hours away beachcombing the pristine white sands. @theoldjettyjoint

Eaglehawk Cottage- a nest for two
Location, Location, Location! Eaglehawk Neck is the gateway to the Tasman Pensinsula, and this cottage is the perfect base to explore Port Arthur and Tasman National Park. When we purchased this property in February 2020, the real estate described it as being "cute as a button"! Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, living area and bathroom, and a sun-drenched covered courtyard. Upstairs there is a large bedroom complete with a Juliet balcony with glimpses of Eaglehawk Bay.

MarshMellow
Experience the magic of a tiny house set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Everything is tiny, but guests tell us it has everything you need... including some luxurious touches like European linen. Expect birdsongs, the tidal rising and falling of the creek, sea breezes, moonrises, smoky clothes, salty skin, starlight. Proud finalists in the 2025 Airbnb Host Awards - Best Nature Stay

Coastal Escape - 2BR, Steps to Beach, Bar & Dining
Pirates Retreat A modern 2 bedroom house, located on a private road, with sweeping views of Pirates Bay surf beach all the way out to Hippolyte Rock. Our property is situated above the Lufra Hotel, Restaurant and Bar, and is a mere 5 minute walk to both Pirates Bay Beach and Tessellated Pavement. The popular tourist attractions of The Blowhole, Tasman Arch and Devils Kitchen are an 8 minute drive away. The Port Arthur Historic Site is a 20 minute drive south.

Beachfront - Semaphore Shack
Hide-away at this character-filled, 100-year-old cottage nestled in the sand dunes of picturesque Doo-Town. Overlooking the wild beauty of Pirates Bay and Descent Beach, this rustic waterfront retreat offers ocean views and the soothing sound of crashing waves. Full of imperfect charm and coastal character, it's the perfect romantic escape or peaceful get-away. Relax indoors by the fire or head out to explore the natural wonders of the Tasman Peninsula.

Winkle Shack - waterfront, wood fire, outdoor bath
In Tasmania, a shack can be anything from a corrugated iron lean-to, to an architect designed home. Our place falls somewhere in between, but we reckon it’s one of the best shacks in Tassie. In a sheltered, waterfront spot, it’s a classic little vertical board place built by a family in the 1960s as a get away from Hobart that we've kept improving over the years. This is our family get away, the place that our kids have grown up and memories built.
