Family-friendly vacation rentals in Edremit

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

The house and location were wonderful. The sea was very nice. The inside of the house is as seen in the pictures. It is an ideal size for 2 people. Evgeny is very helpful and has been very helpful to us during our entire vacation.

From the moment I booked the apartment, Maria was outstanding , from the initial communication, throughout my stay and once I headed back to the uk I couldn’t recommend this host enough. Wonderful apartment, friendly hosts. Corresponds to photos and descriptions. Very convenient check-in and clear instructions. The location is excellent: beaches and restaurants, a shop are within walking distance. The hosts get in touch quickly, communication is easy and pleasant, they are always ready to help.

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

This villa far exceeded my expectations. Upon booking, Demetris was very quick (same day) to respond to any questions or queries I had. Was also kind to let me have a later check out as the scope was there. The villa itself was very clean and fresh and very well equipped. Also had the added welcome gift of bread, bananas etc. What was also a lovely gesture, that had toys, swim equipment, colouring pens etc readily available to occupy children. Only a 5 minute walk to all shops, restaurants and beaches which was superb. The nearest bus stop was also a short walk away. Overall, our stay was fantastic and can’t thank Demetris enough for his hospitality.

Highly recommended, Jan responded promptly to any of our requests. Apparment spotless clean, beautifully decorated, family oriented and pet friendly. The location is convenient, a very quiet neighbourhood with court facilities and a pool. We highly recommend the place.

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

A wonderful place to stay with friends or family! The villa exceeded our expectations — spacious, clean, and set on a large, well-kept property. We really enjoyed the location: fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and still easy to find and reach by car. It’s perfect for families with kids — lots of space to play and a safe, comfortable environment. Just a small note: the pool was empty during our stay, so it's worth checking in advance when it's filled for the summer season. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back!

Communication with George is perfect, responsive and attentive host. The accommodation is spacious, 2 beautiful bedrooms with large dressing room each. The kitchen is at the top: very well equipped, providing tea, coffee, sugar, salt ... stretch film... In addition, George had provided us with free water, fruit, juice, bread, cheese and charcuterie! AMAZING The terraces overlook nature, they are large and equipped with a table + chairs + barbecue and the second with 2 sunbeds + coffee table. There is also a dryer, umbrella, or iron and ironing table. Only small lack: nightstands in the master bedroom. Parking space is also present. We tested the outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds around the edge. Small downside for the lack of maintenance of the residence: entrance gate always open, lack of cleaning in the outdoor pool. for info: pool hours 8am - 8pm

My 3rd stay in this house, we preferred this place every time we came because we were satisfied. The house is clean and tidy, the pool is not accessible, if the pool is decisive for you, pay attention to this.

The house is exactly as described and mentioned on the pictures. A good equipped kitchen, perfect for families with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It’s useful to have a rental car as there are no restaurants and supermarkets nearby . But this was no surprise to us as we had a rental car. The communication with Griselda was perfect and she was very helpful and kind. The only negative aspect to mention is that the pool is not heated and therefore in October unfortunately too cold.

We came as a family, we were very satisfied, we stayed for 5 nights, the host informed us about how to check in, there was everything we could need in the house, we would prefer to stay here again. We had its own parking lot, kitchen utensils, clean towels, sheets. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the welcome plate. Thank you very much for everything

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.
