The space was well-kept and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always making sure I felt welcome and taken care of. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and appreciate the moment. Highly recommend for anyone craving a calm, countryside escape!

The host is very friendly. I forgot something at the villa. The host sent it to me quickly and replied to messages very quickly. The house is clean and has all the amenities. Next time I go to Pattaya, my friends and I will definitely choose this place again.

I stayed with my 6 year old son, and we both really enjoyed our time here. The hosts were really nice and friendly and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house is set in a really quiet area away from the main road and has a few other houses nearby, all the neighbours were very friendly and it seemed like a really nice community. I would definitely stay here again and I'd also recommend it to others.

ใหม่สะอาด บ้านน่ารักตรงปกมากๆ ติดแค่สระหน้าบ้านน้ำเขียว กับมีปัญหาไฟตัด แต่ทาง host ตอบเร็ว คอยคุยสอบถาม น่ารักมากๆค่ะ ราคาบ้านไม่แพงเลย โลเคชั่นก็ดีเลยค่ะ

Roland was the perfect host — attentive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The villa itself was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring two stunning 360-degree balconies with breathtaking views. Тихий кондо, мало людей. Рядом есть всё необходимое, но за весельем нужно ехать, то есть в пешей доступности нет никаких развлечений ( для кого-то это наоборот плюс😉). Чисто, красиво, до моря 500 метров, пляж НаДжомтьен. Квартира уютная, чистая, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть, включая стиральную машинку. Выход в бассейн шикарная опция. Сторона не солнечная, на балконе комфортно. Мы остались очень довольны проживанием. Всем рекомендую!!! Огромное🙏💕 хозяину!!! 🤗🩷

Wiphaphan’s listing was perfect. She was very flexible with check in and check out times and she was very responsive. The location was very close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. I would stay here again on my next visit to Pattaya .

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Yiqiong war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Very clean, good communication

A very good place for staycation esp for a family of 3 or 4. All necessary things such as cooking stuff, doing laundry, and ironing are provided. The owner of the unit gives good and quick assistance when you need it. Tourist places are just around the area if you want to roam and do sightseeing. We are definitely going back.

I always stay at edge when I’m in pattya . Don’t recommend anywhere else . Beautiful views , cheap , has a beautiful gym and pool at the top . Very beautiful rooms

The condo is as destcribed, well equipped and a wide good bed. All clean and in good condition. No noise from the neigbours. One could stay there even for months. Communication was fine with the owner.

Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes. I love the kitchen where I can cook easy menu with my family. K.Chalermchai is a great host, super quick response. We will visit your place again for sure, thank you so much ka.

We enjoyed our stay in Billy's place. It's in a good location with a scenic view of the sea. It was helpful to have the scooter for transportation. We would stay there again.

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights, and it was exactly what I needed, peaceful yet close to everything. The development is quiet and relaxing, but surprisingly central, making it easy to get around without feeling like you're in the thick of it. The place itself was spotless, which I really appreciated. It’s also spacious, giving a nice, open feel rather than feeling cramped like some places can. The host, was fantastic! Quick to respond, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. It was nice to meet him in person. One of my favorite things was the view. Overlooking The pool from the balcony felt luxurious. The pool stretches from one side of the building to the other and has very beautiful palm trees. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Pattaya.

这次住的特别好，整栋大楼很安全，有保安，还会给你按电梯，去中天海滩步行3分钟。房间设施齐全，甚至还有食用油，虽然没用，但很温馨，特别适合全家出游！入住了4晚，免费提供2瓶水，2盒泡面，咖啡。房间很干净，入住期间不提供房间清洁，自己还可以用吸尘器弄一下。海滩边吃饭一条街，711也很近。房间隔音不太好，但是一点也不吵，可能入住率不高，总之很推荐，下次还来！
