房子很大，很不错，就是有点老，比如空调老，水泥板有磕碰。没有像样的客厅和沙发，泳池旁边的大桌子像客厅，但是户外类型的，如果是室内的客厅并且有电视就更好了

Это самое лучшее незабываемое проживание, очень спокойное уединенное пространство с уютным садом и прудом с рыбками, уютная общая кухня со всем необходимым, можно было купить воду и другие снеки по разумным ценам; есть также стиральная машинка и сушка, мне очень понравилось, что хозяин создаёт доверительные отношения - не нужно искать администратора, если нужно купить порошок или снеки - просто оставляешь фиксированную плату - удобно и никого не напрягаешь). Комната в японском стиле - моя мечта, и я рада, что мне посчастливилось остановиться здесь. Кроме того мне прислали карту, что стоит посетить на районе. А ещё я в восторге от стикеров, которые были обнаружены в общих зонах, я любовалась предметами на кухне - такие милые тарелочки; всё расставлено аккуратно и кристальная чистота на протяжении всего пребывания. Обязательно в следующий раз остановлюсь здесь

Проживали в этом прекрасном доме. Очень все понравилось. Большой 2х этажный дом. Шикарный вид на реку и мост. Можно гулять по набережной. В 5 минутах пешком находится большой магазин. Ps На первой этаже дома много камер, для кого это важно , имейте ввиду. И, в объявление указано , что есть кухня , она есть , но к сожалению готовить нельзя. Рекомендую к проживанию этот дом.

房东亲自把我们从机场接过来，而且管家都对我们服务的特别好，距离地铁站很近。泳池很漂亮，床很舒服。这里的KTV很好。可以BBQ。以后再来曼谷，我还会选择住在这里。我们离开后一直怀念这里。我推荐这个别墅

Passapol is a very responsive host. She offered us free breakfast and one hour complimentary boat ride. She was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late. The Butler was very helpful and kind was ready to help at any time. Place was clean enough but not to my standard as I am a clean freak. Facilities were also up to the standard but can be improved. And it was close enough to city, about 20 min car ride. I was very happy that my son could see every day life of Thai people away from city and we could walk to local floating market. I would definitely come back to stay there.

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!

I had an amazing stay! Paul’s place is spacious, spotless, and conveniently located right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get around. It’s just one stop to Terminal 21 and only a five-minute walk to a beautiful park. The infinity pool offers breathtaking views—absolutely stunning! Plus, the free airport pickup service was a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location for the value!! The listing is diamond!! It is near the best market, close to shops and spa services. The price for the property and amenities is absolutely worth it. Great, gym, clean pool and fantastic security. In the club house there is a billiard room and aerial hammocks. If you don’t want to leave the property there is a 7/11 just down stairs.

Для меня расположение этого жилья было идеальным . Рядом много тайских кафе , 7/11 так же Index living mall-европейские кафе , большой tops с любыми продуктами. В квартире есть кухня -можно готовить ( для меня это большой плюс ) Новый тихий кондиционер -это очень важно. Ничего не мешает спать . Лукас все время на связи . Милый культурный парень . Если возникают вопросы -всегда подскажет .

A beautiful small flat in Bangkok, the perfect place to unwind after long days in this busy city. Great facilities in the building and a nice small kitchen. Communication with the owner was very good as he was very responsive and clear!

It took a while for us to wait for the host to get proper entry to the building for us, though the anticipated arrival time was clearly informed to the host. And she was not responsive to my calls. No apology was addressed to me, as if it is very natural and normal to keep guests waiting for check-in while not being able to contact her. Kawa Haus, and its neighbor residence Hasu Haus, are perfect for holiday stays. Very good services there. The vibe of T77 community is excellent!

The location is a little far from the city but it has a beautiful view of the Rama bridge at night from the apt and the viewing place near the river. Apt itself was nice and felt like home. It was easy to communicate with the host & check-in check out procedure was smooth.
