Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

My rooms have been carefully renovated and lovingly furnished. I hope to welcome guests who appreciate their beauty. There are plenty of opportunities for activities in the surrounding areas such as Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Karlsruhe. Hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth. In addition, a refreshing swimming lake is just 500 meters away. Guests can walk to the EDEKA supermarket, bakery and train station in 10 minutes.

It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price for a child under 2 years is 10.00 euros and has to be paid upon arrival.

The studio is in the Oststadt in the immediate vicinity of the kit. There are art and culture as well as small restaurants in the nearest area. A tram stop is 5 minutes away.
