Our stay was 5 start from start to finish. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The attention to detail was second to none, to the point where they even came over with birthday cake for our friends!! Croatia is already a special place, but this stay took it to another level. Can’t wait to go back!!! 🙂🙂

The villa is absolutely amazing and Tea and Nedeljka and their team were very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The house is more beautiful than the photos - great location and amazing views. Our family enjoyed the pool and there was so much space across 4 bedrooms and pullout sofa in the basement. The pool table was a big hit as well! Gym was nice and clean and well equipped. They also recommended a chef Adrian Markovic who was world class and cooked for us at the villa. We would love to be back again next summer! This is a great villa near Split and we give it an excellent review!

We were with 10 people for a week and had a wonderful time. Ana, our hostess, was very nice and quickly accessible at all times. The villa looked exactly as it did in the pictures, if not a little better. We can recommend the place with a clear conscience.

We had a lovely break in Villa Ventula. Rita was most helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Everything was very clean and as described and view was superb. Would highly recommend booking this villa.

The place was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Darko and Marko were very good and responsive hosts.

Wow what can I say, this villa is perfect in every way, the photos don’t do it justice how beautiful it is, surrounded by mountains, it is a beautiful home with a stunning pool and the outdoor kitchen was incredible and where we spent most of our time. Laura and her family couldn’t have been more accommodating, we arrived to drinks and some food and a homemade cake by Laura’s mum which was delicious, we were also treated to a traditional Croatian meal one night cooked by Laura’s mum which was incredible. This villa has everything you could need for a holiday, with a shop across the road, bar/cafe and takeaway & butchers round the corner. Not forgetting the tennis court! We also enjoyed some trips to Omiš where the beach is stunning and has some lovely restaurants, not touristy at all and so unspoiled. We hope to return to this amazing villa one day. Thank you again to Laura & het family for making our trip so special!

Easy to find and check in, shown around and few basics left to settle in with. Great outside space BBQ,pool and jacuzzi and sunshine all day. Elevated space so very private and very comfortable accommodation with all rooms with space and large en-suite and great showers. Short distance by taxi to Omis which had great hidden restaurants and bars and good value for money. First time with Air BnB good communication two minor issues rectified straight away and on leaving seamless transaction by our host Luka. Would recommend.

We had a great stay here. The villa is amazing and in a great location - very close to shops and restaurants but still out of the way. Split is also only 15 min drive away. Karlo is a very good, accommodating and responsive host who made our stay a breeze and even helped arrange things while we were out there. Great place, great location and great host. Would definitely recommend.

We just returned from the most amazing stay at Villa Pauletta in Split, Croatia, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Tomi went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He met us at our rental car, personally transported our luggage to the house, and even gave us a guided tour of Old Town Split at 11pm. His hospitality was unmatched. Every morning, we were treated to a beautifully presented breakfast delivered in charming baskets. One evening, Tomi created a cozy outdoor seating area for a movie night, complete with blankets, pillows, and popcorn — he even included a delicious homemade strudel. And to top it off on our last night, Tomi prepared a barbecue featuring an incredible spread of local meats, vegetables and potatoes. Tomi was always available whenever we needed anything, and his thoughtfulness made our trip truly special. Staying at Villa Pauletta was an experience of a lifetime.

An unbelievable place and really great hosts. They were right on it when reached out to and helped thoroughly with any questions or adjustments needed. 100% recommend.

There were three of us with our daughter in the villa. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels, etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. Communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

Beautiful villa perched in the hills above with a great view of the sea! Well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds! Very clean!

We were a mixed age group of women for a hen do weekend for 3 nights. The airbnb is beautiful and massive. So many bathrooms and bathrooms makes it great for getting ready and sleeping comfortably. Sanja was an amazing host, answered all my questions quickly, was so responsive. The island itself is beautiful, amazing views everywhere, even in the supermarkets! The kitchen, bbq and pantry area was great for us as we cooked lots! The swimming pool are was also lovely. There was a cleaning person that cane every day and refeeshed the towels and bathrooms which was amazing. The bedsheets were so comfortable. Nothing bad to say to be honest, highly recommend!

We are a family of five and had a lovely stay at Villa Anja. The village is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and a well-stocked local shop. There is a reliable local bus service but a car is advisable if you would like to travel around. Davor and Bruna are both very responsive with lots of advice and help if needed. We would highly recommend.

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

The Villa is absolutely stunning. Beautifully designed and decorated. The rooftop is breathtaking (but can only be used once the sun has gone down in high season as it is so hot with no shade). One evening we switched all the lights off and watched the stars. We were rewarded as we saw a shooting star, the ISS, and numerous satellites. We felt like we were on a film set, it was that spectacular. There are 2 villas being built in front of the property. Doesn’t detract from the view from the roof but does obstruct some of the view from ground level and bedroom windows. We happened to be visiting when the ultra festival was happening in Split. Uber and Bolt cars were rarely available and we struggled to get about. Not the fault of the hosts- we should have done our research! We definitely should have hired a car. The traffic to Split whilst we were there was horrendous- it took 45 minutes. For a private remote stay, with a stunning rooftop, this ticks all the boxes.

The villa matched the photos and the impression as described. The decor was very tasteful and not too overloaded. Before arrival, the villa was very neatly cleaned. The location is perfect, you are among yourselves and protected, yet the beach and the old town are only a few minutes walk away. The hostess Mirka is very accommodating and friendly. Mirka was available at any time and was always able to help or advise us. Thanks to Mirka, a very nice and carefree stay with a beautiful villa.

Petar was wonderful, advising on all sorts to make our stay perfect. The villa is stunning and the view breathtaking, it’s peaceful and quiet. It is out of the way and not really walkable to anywhere. We decided to rely on taxis and didn’t get on with uber, but found the following company great and would recommend them TAXI PODSTRANA ŠKERY. Petar had thought of everything, every room was perfect, comfy beds, AC, beautiful en-suite, fully equipped kitchen and Petar very kindly grabbed some essentials for us when we first arrived which was very kind. You can’t drink the tap water but this wasn’t an issue, at the end of every day trip we asked the taxi driver to stop at a shop and we brought a load back home. The outside grill was great too. The pool was amazing and my 4&6 yr old nephews spent more time in that than anything else! We had a fantastic time and we couldn’t have asked for more from the villa or Petar, we were sorry to leave.

A true gem! Very beautiful, spacious house right on the Adriatic coast with an amazing sea view. We loved staying there. The place feels very private and peaceful, and it’s super comfortable to relax by the heated pool on comfy loungers, perfect for lazy days. Honestly, it felt like a five-star hotel in the best way possible. The house itself looks amazing, very stylish, with lots of attention to detail. You can really tell that the hosts cared about making everything feel special. It’s easy to drive to nearby coastal towns like Omiš or Makarska. We totally recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and recharge. I hope we’ll be back someday!

We were a family of 8 and really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s villa. The villa was equipped with everything you would need for a wonderful stay! We visited in April, although a little chilly the children made good use of the pool and there was so much to do in the local town Omiš, with fabulous restaurants and stunning views at every turn. We would love to return in the future!

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in by far (my 8th one in Europe)! We were blown away by how amazing this house is and would come back in an instant if we could. The host was delightful and accommodating- I felt like we were staying with a friend! Incredibly well stocked house and felt freshly renovated and clean. The host even put up a baby gate and brought tons of toys for my kids which made such a difference. Pool was warm even in October and the view is extraordinary. House is about 10 minutes up a steep (beautiful) mountain from the town but had easy parking. 100% recommend!
