Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Welcome to our newly built tiny house! This house is perfect for a family with two kids or if traveling with friends. You sleep in a separated bedroom area (80+80cm bed) and loft (80+80cm bed). There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

För er bekvämlighet finns minikyl med frysfack, spis, micro, ugn, diskmaskin samt basutbud med kökstillbehör som kastrull, bestick mm. Närhet till Judanskogen samt bad vid Ängbybadet och Kyrksjön, matbutik (Hemköp) Pizzeria samt t-bana inom gångavstånd.
