Villa vacation rentals in Drottningholm

The house is just beautiful. It was very spacious and stylishly decorated. The view from the upper terrace is fantastic, on the one hand over the city of Stockholm, on the other hand over the water. The location on the hill is very quiet in the countryside, yet not too far from town. Subway station close by. The contact with Johan worked smoothly and very friendly. So if we get the opportunity again, we will be happy to come again.

Our stay at Johan's was incredible! We felt so at home in his lovely house. Johan was the perfect host, offering recommendations, quick responses to questions and making us feel welcome and accommodated. Highly recommend this place if you are wanting a peaceful setting in a lovely home!

Great one villa property with a good size, all aspects are good, can not be taken care of! We forgot a sweater was in the closet, the host was a warm reminder and helped us send it to the designated location, a very good listing, to recommend!

We felt very comfortable with Helen for the 2 days in Stockholm. Where we were able to explore Stockholm center with our bikes. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation.

We had a really last minute arrival and everything was made possible that we could arrive. The house is situated in a district of Stockholm. There is probably an S-Bahn, but this was serviced the week we were on site. We therefore explored Stockholm by car or always drove to the city by car. It is about 20 minutes by car towards downtown. We had a great week with great weather. Stockholm has so much to offer. Shopping facilities are within walking distance of the house. It was all on site and we didn't miss anything. Everything was well explained and we were able to use the house and sauna. A great week! Thanks again for the really last minute arrival and making it possible. Thank you!

Magnificent and spacious house, suitable for our group of 9 people. Very well-connected to downtown. Susan and Petter were perfect hosts, always ready and quick to give us the necessary information for our stay. The sauna was very much appreciated! What can I say: we had a beautiful New Year's Eve in Stockholm in a very cozy house. Thanks to Susan and Petter for their outstanding hospitality.

This house is just amazing! Such a great location, really nice view and super modern and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable! The pool was very pleasant. Ekerö Linus' place in Ekerö is highly recommended. The quiet location and the immediate proximity to Stockholm are unbeatable. We immediately felt at home. Checkin was arranged in advance, house rules were clearly communicated and photoristically underpinned. It is a very modern villa, but because the windows are floor-to-ceiling and pulling through the whole house, you feel in the middle of the nature. Fantastic!! More often deer came into the garden and the beaver lives on the lake downstairs in the village. Linus has made suggestions on what to do. We just managed a fraction of it, hiking, all water sports, castles, museums, etc. A lot is possible. It's only 10 minutes to Drottingholm to the royal family's residence. By car. Would definitely recommend a stay in Fredrik's residence. Amazing house with spacious surroundings. Idyllic location with short distance to the beach and suit distance to Stockholm centre.

Great space for a larger group - the hosts were very nice and even left us some Prosecco and chocolates for our arrival. The house has plenty of amenities and felt like a home from home. Lovely open plan kitchen and dining area and local shops and deli are convenient. Djursholm is a classy and upmarket neighbourhood to stay in yet not far away from the city or local malls. Highly recommend the kids play centre called Flip Out in the Westfield Täby centrum ;) Morris the cat was also a favourite for the kids… such a nice cat! Would recommend a stay here.

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

Carol was a great host. Communication was great. House is easy to find, check in is flexible and self-check in with clear instructions. House is in a very nice area. Large garden with pool and jacuzzi is very nice. The house can easily accomodate larger group. Highly recommend staying in this place

Great house with spa facility in quiet residential area. View with the sunset over the Vallentuna lake. Located on the border of Täby so close to go from central Stockholm. Karolina was helpful and quickly responded when I had questions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed at Kalle’s place in 8 - 2 families with teenagers. The house was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and the SUP (as well as we did!). Great evenings on the terrace and at the fireplace, barbecues every night… Kalle is an excellent host, extremely helpful, full of resources and advice. He suggested a concert in the neighborhood, a swimming sauna and boat trip which we enjoyed a lot! We found ourselves part of a neighborhood of very welcoming people. Alternating visits of Stockholm and days by/on the water was ideal for our group and nearby Waxholm is a great starting point for exploring the arcipelago. We strongly recommend the place and were very sorry to leave!

We had a really lovely stay with Anna and Joakim. The house is located in very beautiful surroundings, which is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The pool was amazing and was used extensively by the whole family. The house is well located, a short distance to Stockholm. It is recommended to take the commuter boat, which is an easy and beautiful way to get to Stockholm.

this is a house located in one of the affluent areas in the north of Stockholm. the house has a nice pool, sauna if you know how to operate one, and good outdoor deck with a great view. the house is well equipped with a modern kitchen, living room with a nice TV, and a dining room with a good view. I'd recommend this place for families and people wanting to work remotely, imagine taking a swim and sauna after a day at work! while the location is beautiful with nearby water and a forest and a golf course, getting to the city could be a drag for some people with a pure touristy mindset. it's a comfortable house and the hosts were welcoming and on top of our requests.

Helena's house met our expectations in every way. It is located in a residential area, very nice and quiet. We even had the chance to spot a rabbit in the garden😊. Stockholm city center is very quickly accessible, the tram passes just down the street. We enjoyed the quality of the amenities, the space in the house and the neat decoration, with beautiful pieces of Scandinavian design. We also had a great time in the garden: morning coffee on the terrace, lunch in the sun and end of the day in the spa It's a very nice place that we recommend without reservation. Helena was always responsive and attentive to the comfort of our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious house! The home beat all of our expectations with its high quality facilities. The house is very nice and well equipped with everything you can wish for, including a pool and a jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. The excellent barbecue was perfect for our evenings, and the proximity to nature created a soothing atmosphere. The swimming area which is only a two minute walk away was absolutely lovely and made our stay even better. The house was also very clean and well kept, and housekeeping was included which made everything even smoother. Our host, Linnea, greatly contributed to making our stay memorable. She was always available and incredibly flexible, which was greatly appreciated. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

The house and pool are very nice. We found a good running route and the parking lot at Stora Mossen Tunnelbana was also a good tip for our excursions to Stockholm. After that, we were able to relax excellently in a quiet environment.
