Das Haus ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt und das parkähnliche Areal lässt viel Spielraum für die Freizeitgestaltung. Ideal für Ferien mit Kindern und Naturliebhabern. Es hat eine Größe von ca. 180qm. Es sind 6 Zimmer, großer Flur, geräumige Küche, grosser Wohnbereich und 3 geräumige Bädern. Eine Besonderheit ist der große abgeschirmte und überdachte Terassenbereich.
