The apartment is cozy and clean. It is perfect for one or two persons. Location is right in the heart of Cho Lon with easy access to highway Vo Van Kiet going to downtown Saigon and nearby attractions. The host is very friendly and accomodating to my requests. Highly recommended for both short term and long term stay.

Un immense merci pour cet accueil exceptionnel ! Mes deux enfants (mon fils majeur et ma fille de 11 ans) ont été reçus avec une gentillesse et une bienveillance incroyables. L’hospitalité de la famille a été au-delà de toutes nos attentes. Ils se sont sentis en sécurité, entourés, choyés comme à la maison. Chaque détail a été pensé pour leur bien-être, et cela a fait toute la différence. Un séjour inoubliable, empreint de chaleur humaine, de sourires et de belles attentions. La piscine a été le petit plus appréciée par les enfants. Encore merci du fond du cœur pour avoir pris soin d’eux avec autant de générosité. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. Ce grand appartement est agréable. Il est situé dans un quartier légèrement excentré mais reste pratique. La chambre est très confortable. Une bonne expérience pour moi.

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

Vey nice house and I love it

Beautiful and a very enjoyable stay. Hieu was extremely prompt, patient and clear with replies to our queries and requests. Haiyen the housekeeper was very polite and communication with google translate was not an issue at all. She came to housekeep every day and even occasionally cooked for us. She was also very accomodating to our requests. The area is very peaceful and quiet, with lotte mart (mall) nearby and circle k (convenience store) even nearer. It is about 10 minutes grab from the city centre.

On a été un peu surpris au départ par cette petite allée et ce logement atypique différents des autres, mais aussi très vite habitué. Le logement était propre bien équipé et bien situé et la communication avec l’hôte s’est bien passé.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
