Vacation rentals with a patio in Danao City

There's really only one thing you need to know about Johnrey's unit - it's at 38 Park Ave. Every other condo development in Cebu (and I've stayed at many of them), no matter how cute the decorations may look in the pix here, is a 3rd world wreck. Before this, I lived next door at Avida Riala, and one of the two elevators was broken for months. This property has 8 elevators. Most places have noisy window aircons, not the modern, silent split units like here. To say nothing of the location - it's steps from Ayala Central Bloc and IT Park. And they actually spray for bugs here. The unit itself is spacious and will meet all your needs - most of the units in 38 are studios, but here you get 2 rooms. And the bathroom is western sized. Unfortunately I had a once-in-a-lifetime crisis and had to leave the unit in a bit of a state, but the owner worked with me on that.

We had a great stay! Carl and Mary Grace were incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. When we arrived, they informed us that the room we originally booked had a damaged bidet due to a previous guest. They immediately offered us an alternative room, which was just as nice. As a kind gesture, they even offered us a free night’s stay, but we opted for an anytime checkout instead — and they gladly accommodated our request. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the hosts' responsiveness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. And last it is ideal for remote worker because of the high speed internet. Thank you for the great unit 💛

Le studio d Anne-marie est vraiment confortable, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. On y trouve tout ce dont on besoin pour un séjour agréable. Notamment une télévision ultra moderne, une machine à laver récente ainsi qu un séchoir pliant. la communication avec Anne-Marie a été fluide et agréable.

The place was as described in the listing. The unit was very close to ayala mall. Staff was also accomodating. Checkin was a breeze.

I only stayed for 9 hours as i had a flight to catch. But Very proactive and responsive host, Cherry gave clear instructions for check in. The place was very nice and clean. Bathroom was great. She reached out if i needed anything and i had forgotten shampoo and soap and she was able to accommodate. Highly recommend their place, short or long term stay!

Perfect smaller apartment for shorter stays. Hanna Mae is great. Location is great too, walking distance from malls and stores, but for the airport its best to call Grab, its fast cheap and trustful

We traveled from Southern Leyte to Cebu to celebrate my Master’s Degree graduation, and finding this place on Airbnb made everything even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the host was warm, kind, and truly accommodating — I knew I made the right choice. The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. This place is amazing, lots of rooms, and private. Pool is great! Host is friendly as well. 10/10!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

A nice house to call home for 3 months, happy stay we had. Excellent aircon system, good WiFi and great cleaning ladies and service included as long stay. Our requests always sorted. The road on entry is newly fixed too. Thanks

Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft, die ihrem Preis gerecht wurde. Eher ruhige Lage der Unterkunft. Die Straße an der die Bali Residence anlehnt, bietet street- good und einige kleine dörfliche Geschäfte. Bis zu den ersten größeren Läden, sowie auch mäßig bis guten stränden und städtisch ähnlichen Gebieten sind es mit dem Grab oder Tricycle weniger Minuten Fahrtzeit. Appartment in einem hygienisch guten Zustand. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin immer freundlich und zügig.

Its my 2nd stay as i was highly satisfied with my previous stay. Very responsive host. The unit was beautiful with an excellent hot shower , AC works great , Watching Netflix just right in front of the comfy bed was amazingly entertaining.

Ran into a few hiccups here and there but my host was always there for me and took care of any & all my needs.

Everything was smooth with clear instructions for checking in and out. I would totally book the place if I get the chance to.

One of our best Airbnb stays yet! The space is incredibly functional and thoughtfully equipped — from a fully stocked kitchen (complete with oil, salt, and pepper) to a washing machine for added convenience. We appreciated the entertainment options as well, including Netflix, Disney+, and Spotify, which made staying in just as enjoyable as going out. The home is spacious, beautifully lit with cozy accent lamps, and designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. Analie and Geoffrey were wonderful hosts — warm, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed stay!

A very nice studio apartment in one of the newer buildings in the Saekyong condo complex. Well equipped and spacious. 25 minutes’ walk (or less by tricycle) to Marigondon Beach. Several restaurants and shops inside the complex, and others within walking distance. Recommended!

I got to enjoy this wonderful place for about 10 days. I can’t brag enough about it. Plenty of security so you always feel safe. Everything I needed could be find inside the small Airbnb. A lot of attention to detail went into making this place perfect. Found a small clothes steamer provided that allowed me to make my clothes wrinkle free. The Kitchenette had everything at your fingertips. A booklet was laminated that answered any questions you had. Spotlessly clean and everything worked! The host always responded very quickly. I will definitely stay again when I stay in CEBU again.
