Apartment as described. Functional, nice, very nicely decorated and well-equipped. A little noisy in the living room because the street is busy during the day but the room is located in the back on a set of private courtyards without a car so very quiet. Located in the center of Clairveaux so shops easily accessible on foot, very convenient. I would recommend it!

We had a great time at the apartment which perfectly matched the photos and information we had before our arrival. David and his teams were very helpful in preparing for our arrival by providing an internet page dedicated to our accommodation with all the useful information, also about the key places nearby (for ski equipment, outings, walks, available services, etc.) We will definitely be back!

The accommodation is very nice, spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, it's perfect. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, quick access to the lake. Old Town Annecy is a 10-minute drive away. An excellent restaurant within walking distance of the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien hosted us very well. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

We had a great time for Easter, the house is excellent, the rooms are super large, the bedding is excellent, we slept well, the house is clean and tidy, full of games and the foosball table was much appreciated. Not disappointed at all, thank you very much and all the best! Pauline.

Very spacious and comfortable, in an excellent position in the beautiful old town, on the lake. Ivan was a wonderful host, very accommodating and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommended.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Carine's, she and her husband are very welcoming and very kind..always ready to help guests and gave lots of advice.. As for the accommodation everything was perfect..it was as in the photos, very clean and very welcoming, it feels like home..there are plenty of leaflets that show us what we can do in the area and a beautiful notebook that explains a lot about the apartment and the beautiful landscapes to see nearby..we would have stayed a week longer..😅 I recommend it 2000% Thank you for your kindness!! Sophian's apartment is ideal for a vacation in Talloires! Good location, beautifully furnished, we lacked nothing. We especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony. The village square and lake are within walking distance. We did two great hikes directly from the front door. Sophian was always easily accessible and gave us helpful tips. We are happy to recommend the apartment!
