Very comfortable place, I spent the whole month of February, everything like this one in the photos, Adeline always kind and ready to take the doubts, the very tasty house, I was able to study without any noise problem, recommend it and if I need to go back to Barueri, that's where I'm going, thank you.

The house is very comfortable and friendly. The view and landscape is therapeutic. You'll love your time here. In fact the house and experience and more than the pictures .ergio is a super attentive and helpful boy. He showed a lot of tips and ideas to create an environment to relax and rest. The house is excellent, it surprises when compared to the images of the listing. We stayed in direct contact with the homemakers, who deserve a differential highlight in the service, because they are extremely kind, welcoming, and quick in the answers. In addition to giving us guidance on the region. The house is great for meeting in friends and for family, especially families with children. Leisure is great offering us a full gourmet area, tennis court, swimming pool with hydro, toy library, football field including volleyball net and plenty of green space. The location is perfect in relation to the airport. My flight was very early and it was very easy to walk there. Because it is hotel accommodation, the breakfast included - and which starts very early - is a good differentiator.

The accommodation is hotel style, the checkin was done directly with the receptionist, we were able to leave the luggage there and take our tour without worrying. The receptionist was extremely friendly, the only problem we had was the delay in answering the questions in the airb chat, however, they could be clarified by calling the google phone of the building (I discovered there in the listing) I recommend it too much, the accommodation is very close to São Paulo, easy to find, it was clean, it was all nice. Very near subway station I'm definitely going back. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent accommodation for those who want to work in the Jabaquara region or the blue line. The apartment is well equipped with what is needed to spend several days with the comfort and style of a simple life. It is worth mentioning an excellent host and an excellent person!!! The region has several restaurants of different types and easy access to the subway (Conceição station 10 minutes' walk), which makes it possible to go to much more distant places. i spent a week at work and enjoyed the experience too much. the accommodation is super comfortable, with excellent structure — all well clean, organized and with a modern style that makes a difference in everyday life. The environment is quiet, ideal for those who need to focus, and also has well-kept common areas that help to relax at the end of the day. I would definitely come back other times. I highly recommend it!

Everything was great!! I think it would be worthwhile for the owner to focus on anti-noise windows, but it wasn't something that bothered us!

We were very well received by Luiz, he gave us all the guidelines for the region. Regarding the apartment, everything is in order, exactly as advertised. The building is totally peaceful, which really makes the apartment a cozy place. Quiet street with nearby shops. I loved the stay, I recommend it!!!

Perfect perfect perfect!!!! Great! Crazy location, crazy building!! There is a guard and there is a laundry room and a gym and a pool and even there is a small supermarket in the building and everything is at a very high level. The landlady was helpful and very attentive. Everything in the apartment worked great and we loved it very much The location is perfect and close to everything, there are two supermarkets under the building that have everything, and the building is a few minutes walk from the center and the viens shops etc.

Estádia was great, hotel very well located, parking is worth it for convenience and safety. We were very well served from checkin to checkout, and in all the times we need, the breakfast is very good with plenty of options. I will come back more often for sure!
