Delicious apartment, pleasant, comfortable, technological, magnificent sunset view, quiet, high floor, free parking available, coffee maker, barbecue, all imaginable utensils available on site, restaurants and cafeteria within the condominium complex itself. We rented to go to the American consulate, which is just a 4-minute walk. The stay was excellent, too bad it only lasted 1 day.

The apartment is extremely functional and very well used. The decor is modern, very tasteful, and the atmosphere is beautiful and super cozy. Everything was impeccably clean and well cared for. It was an excellent stay!

The house is delightful, a peaceful haven in the middle of São Paulo! I'll definitely come back more often. The host is a dear and helpful person.

There is no price to pay for that wonderful terrace, with a rare view of São Paulo, where you can catch a little sun while having breakfast at the table that is outside, and see the beautiful sunset... Just for that, we already consider this the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in since we used Airbnb to go to São Paulo in 2015. But in addition to the terrace, the apartment is super well decorated and with beautiful lighting, extremely well equipped, it was impeccably clean, it has great quality white sheets and towels, it is in an excellent location, close to several nice attractions... in short: perfect. Marco was an excellent host, concerned, helpful, and responded quickly every time we contacted him. Anyway, highly recommended, and we are already sad because we saw that in November, when we return, it will not be available! But the other times we want to stay there!!!

I can’t say enough about Maria’s condo! Firstly I love to cook when I travel and the kitchen is a chefs dream—absolutely everything you need and then some. And the gym is world-class with loads of free weights, squat racks, and dozens of machines and space to do cardio. Lastly the location is terrific. Walking distance to everything and super safe. I didn’t feel unsafe for single second during the week I stayed there. I’ll be back for sure thank you Maria!
