Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Costa del Silencio

Siamo stati in famiglia presso questa villa per le vacanze di Pasqua. Siamo arrivati a notte tarda e stanchi ci siamo messi subito a letto, la mattina seguente aprendo le tende si è mostrato uno panorama splendido, una lunga collina con campi da golf , zona silenziosa e tranquilla, abbiamo guardato i tramonti da casa e fatto passeggiate, lì vicino si trova la piscina di Achille un posto incantevole. La piscina di casa sempre soleggiata con acqua tiepida perche’ riscaldata. Non manca di niente fornita di tutto, iabbiamo noleggiato un auto e visitato tante meravigliose spiagge, spero di tornarvi presto. Le zone più turistiche e con vita notturna si trovano a 20 min di auto.

Die Unterkunft ist ein schönes Juwel. Zum Glück hatten wir sehr zeitig gebucht, sonst wäre es weg gewesen. Wir können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Auch hat Lupe uns mit vielen Tips aus der Umgebung versorgt und uns auch immer ein Gefühlt, des willkommen-seins gegeben.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten auf der Insel. Das Haus ist wirklich einzigartig und durchdacht. Die Terrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Ausblick war definitiv ein Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – bei einem kleinen Stromausfall wurde sofort reagiert und das Problem schnell behoben. Wir haben uns auch über den schönen Obstkorb und den Wein als Willkommensgeschenk sehr gefreut. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

We absolutely loved this house! So much bigger than the pictures suggest and the two outside areas are massive. Great spot about 30 mins from beach, the house had everything we needed with 5 teenagers in tow and the pool and pool area was pristine with beautiful views. We would highly recommend this for a family holiday, much better than a hotel or apartment, great supermarket and restaurants a 15 minute walk away and Ailyn is so lovely and helpful.

This is such a beautiful place! Better than the pictures. I was so happy to see how close the incredible Playa de Castro-Rambla de Castro - Galeria La Fajana trail head is to the house and just a short walk the other way is Playa de Socorro. What an amazing, beautiful location. And this host tops it off with a friendly responsiveness and super clean house. Just an amazing stay! Thank you so much, Fernando!

die kleine Wohnung war perfekt eingerichtet und liegt tatsächlich direkt am Wasser. Die Nachbarn sind Spanier bzw. Einheimische, was für uns sehr schön war. Schöner Badestrand und 2 Supermärkte, ein Kaffee und ein gutes fmFischrestaurant im Ort und fußläufig sehr kurz zu erreichen. die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die Ausstattung war gut durchdacht. eine sehr gut gepflegte Waschmaschine, was für uns bisher nicht selbstverständlich war. tolle schriftliche Kommunikation mit Maria welche immer sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet hat vielen Dank dafür. wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

Lovely apartment to stay in, perfect for what we wanted to do on our stay! Klea was a friendly and helpful host, very flexible and accommodating to any needs and easy to get in touch with. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described, would definitely stay here again if we return.

appartement très bien équipé et très propre, tout à fait conforme aux photos. la quartier est paisible, situé un peu en hauteur, à environ 15 min à pied du bord de mer. les places de stationnement sont gratuités. une mention spéciale à Daisy pour son accueil chaleureux.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A környék nagyon szép és inkább természet közeli, mint klasszikus nyaralóhely. Nyugodt pihenésre tökéletes. Az óceán pár perc sétára van.

This was such a great get away for me and my wife. Great accommodation, location, golf course walks, and we can highly recommend the 19th Hole restaurant a short walk away!. Stella was so helpful, and accommodating. The communication was great, we felt at home as soon as we walked into the apartment.. There’s no doubt we’ll be back, we love Tenerife!

First class stay at this gorgeous quirky little apartment in the heart of Adeje . spotless clean .. Close to all amenities ..everything supplied ( fantastic hairdryer! ).. would highly recommend . Luibov was an excellent host 5 stars from us 😀

Wir haben unsere Unterkunft hier sehr genossen. Die Aussicht /Terrasse ist einmalig und nicht so schnell wieder zu finden !! Die Lage ist super. Restaurants , der Strand und Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnanlage und auch das Apartment sind gepflegt, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen… dennoch hat alles hier seinen Charm. Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, das Meer und die Surfer direkt vor der Terrasse und die Abkühlungen im Pool haben unseren Aufenthalt hier perfekt gemacht. Danke.

Had a gorgeous few days in Florence's place. The apartment is bright and spacious, split across three floors. The bedroom is downstairs which is nice and cool. The living space is airy with a view of of the beach just across the road. Pool was enjoyable and clean too. A short walk along the coast into town.

Sono tornata per la terza volta e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalle migliorie apportate da Arturo. Tavolo in terrazza nuovo che può accogliere comodamente 6 persone. Sehr ruhiges und entspanntes Appartement, mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. so ruhig und windgeschützt dass man sogar auf dem Balkon pennen kann. Wir hatten ein Mietwagen und haben zwei Wochen lang die Insel erkundet. Die Wohnung liegt an einem Steilen hang, was einen beim Parken schon etwas Mut abverlangt, aber 2 Fuß Minuten entfernt ist auch ein ebenerdiger kostenloser Parkplatz. Hochwertige Ausstattung, sauber und gepflegt. Tolles Objekt für einen romantischen Pärchen Urlaub oder jeden der etwas Ruhe und Abstand vom stressigen Stadtleben sucht. Es gibt viele Wanderwege und Aussichtspunkte die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Zum Lidl, Arzt(deutsch), Loro Parque oder der Punta Brava sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.Gastgeber und Verwalterin waren stets Ansprechbar und haben zügig geantwortet. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.WLAN vor Ort ist top, Internet schnell und stabil. Preislich ist es schon hart an der Schmerzgrenze, aber dafür -> Ruhe...

Piacevolmente colpite. Io e la mia amica siamo state a Tenerife per poco più di una settimana e ci ha accolte Emilia. Siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte, tenendo conto che è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile, oltre che particolarmente alla mano. Su nostra richiesta, inoltre, ci ha consigliate luoghi da visitare, spiagge assolutamente da non perdere e ottimi posti dove andare a mangiare piatti tipici canarini e buon pesce. Insomma, se vi capiterà di avere a che fare con lei, sarete in buone mani.

Victoria war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert.

Nice, confortable appartement, with beautiful view from the terrasse. terrasse is a big advantage - specious, well equipped and sunny also in winter time! Jacuzzi is certainly a big plus. Walking distance to city center, shops (at the corner), good restaurants and beaches. With a very friendly and carrying host, it feels like at home. To recommend, specially for families with teens, like ours!

Emma's place is a little haven perched on a hillside with stunning uninterrupted views of the sea. It was the perfect place for us to retreat to somewhere on the quieter side of Tenerife. Emma herself is an exemplary host - always ready to assist and providing kind gestures to make the stay that little bit special. We would happily return!

Sehr schöne, saubere, gut ausgestattete und ruhige Unterkunft in toller Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten, egal ob Strand- oder Aktivurlaub. Flexibler Check-in bzw. out. Migle ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Alles Tip-Top, ich komme gerne wieder!
