House vacation rentals in Costa del Silencio

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

We stayed with the family at this Easter holiday villa. We arrived late at night and tired we immediately went to bed, the next morning opening the curtains showed a beautiful view, a long hill with golf courses , a quiet and quiet area, we watched the sunsets from home and took walks, nearby the Achilles pool is an enchanting place. The pool of the house is always sunny with warm water because it is heated. There's nothing stocked with everything, we rented a car and visited many wonderful beaches, I hope to return soon. The most touristy and nightlife areas are a 20-minute drive away.

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

Beautiful setting, well maintained, good equipment, lovely main- & poolhouse, excellent privacy, nice pool and view, enjoyed daily sunrise, cute cat ;-), multiple outside seating areas with natural shade, enjoyed it very much, many thanks!

Maria and her team were great hosts and very accommodating . Irina was super response with every question I had. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. The added bonus was , because of the pool, my younger son seems to overcome his fear of water and improved his swimming skill level.

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

A stunning villa in a stunning location. The pool was very warm. The layout of the property was great both inside and out. Great selection of kitchen basics(S&P,oil etc). Car recommended but it’s only a few mins walk to the bus stop if needed. No problem getting taxis. We didn’t want to leave! Shaun was a great host and very friendly. Excellent!

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was clean, well maintained, modern, great facilities and as described. There was clear communication of how to check in, and the flexibility of adjusting our check out time to accommodate our later flight was really appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble from the host & any questions we had regarding local information was replied to quickly & very informative. Would definitely recommend this property & host, thank you so much for making our stay so easy🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Candelaria's place. She welcomed us with buckets of flowers, fresh fruit, and local cider. The house offers stunning views and has a charming, traditional character. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained, with lush plants, multiple cozy seating spots, and a great barbecue area. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Very pleasant stay in Ruth's house, very comfortable and perfectly equipped with small touches from Ruth like a bottle of white wine or coffee capsules for the week. Very quiet environment with magnificent views of the ocean and the Teide. Sauna, fire pit and stove much appreciated, the evenings are cool at this time of year. Only small downside, the heated pool remained too cool for us, we took advantage of it very little.

The Host is also very nice, sent us a travel guide, the room is also very clean and tidy, the most important thing is that they sent us a hair dryer at 1am, thank you very much, if it was a hotel, they would definitely not do this, the Host is really a very nice person

Fabulous apartment Maria and her husband Adriano were very available, there were five of us.. hot water always ,clean and quiet. Close to Fanabe beach..10 minutes away..we came back tonight and I would still like to be there....Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is a good starting point for many activities on the island. The house is really unique and thoughtful. The terrace with the breathtaking view was definitely a highlight. Communication with the hosts was straightforward, very friendly and helpful – a small power outage was responded to immediately and the issue was quickly resolved. We were also very happy about the beautiful fruit basket and the wine as a welcome gift. All in all, an absolutely recommended place to stay.

Super nice, remote area! It was quite, I loved the outside space and the entire house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The view over the city and sea is amazing

Wow this one is a special gem! This place was perfect for our family getaway - our little one, the parents, and grandparents all felt completely at home. It was spacious enough for five people, cozy and inviting. It's on the outskirts of town. The last 200 m drive is a bit rough, but the surroundings completely make up for it. Pictures don't do justice: you can't explain how jaw-dropping the view is! It's just you, your family and the sound of the ocean. It will stay with you for a long time. The house was spotlessly clean, and it has all the amenities you need: full kitchen, washing machine, bbq, wifi. The jacuzzi is just the cherry on top. Supermarket close by too. It's a central location to explore the north side. Teide NP, Loro park, Santa Cruz is easily available. If you've ever dreamt of having a bbq, sipping some wine, having a good talk while the ocean provides the background ambiance then look no further! We'd be back any day of the week. I wanted somewhere special to celebrate my birthday with family and from booking to checkout I wasn’t disappointed. All questions prior to booking answered promptly and whilst at location Sandra the on scene host was exceptional. The pictures don’t do it justice the place is amazing, I’ll be honest if walking from town or from Siam Park the hill is steep but 4 euros in a taxi is great value, we paid no more than 11 euros to get us around to most restaurants etc. The villa is spotless it’s got everything you need the pool is fantastic ( pay for the heating) it’s like a bath After a wonderful day sitting in that balcony looking at the view relaxes you completely. 15 mins from airport and 10 mins max to Costa adeja and los Christianos. You will not be disappointed it’s amazing we were all gutted to leave Absolutely amazing place
