Enjoy this beautiful villa with sea view and heated pool. Modern design with luxury details. The location is quiet but only 20 min walk away from the main street which has a a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and livingroom area is open and connects with the pool and terrace where you can enjoy a bbq or sip a glass of wine in the lounge area. Sunbeds are available and also an outside shower after a dip in the pool.

Perfect for relaxing and Heaven if you love watersports like wavesurfing, wingfoiling, wind or kitesurfing. wake up an look outside and sea the all the surfers practicing their pasion just in front of our house. We called it “The Beach House” as this is what kept coming back in our minds to describe the feeling of the lovely experience enjoying your holiday at the beach, a real beach experience. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
