THE APARTMENT OF 136 m2,CENTRAL AND QUIET CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 8 PEOPLE. IT ALSO COMES WITH AN EQUIPPED KITCHEN . OUR GARDEN OF 800 SQM HAS OLIVE TREES AND LOTS OF OTHER VEGETABLES THAT WE GROW. WE ALSO HAVE AN AREA WITH TORTOISES SOMETHING THAT KIDS WOULD LOVE.THERE IS DIRECT TRAIN TO THE ATHENS AIRPORT AND CITY OF ATHENS. THE HOUSE IS ALSO NOT FAR FROM THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES OF ANCIENT CORINTH AND NEMEAS.LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THERE ARE 3 BEACHES NEARBY AND THE ONE IS LOCATED JUST OPPOSIT.

Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. Modern minimal rustic apartment near the sea

A minimal rustic style, ground floor apartment with a cozy back yard. Decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood.Guests are able to park just outside the house. The modern town of Corinth is located approximately 5 Km northeast of the ancient ruins. The center of Corinth and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. All people are welcome.

Kapsalakis Penthouse, is located in one of the most central spots in the city of Corinth, just three minutes walk to the main square (Panagi Tsaldari or Perivolakia) and the shops of the city. Also within walking distance (6 km) is the much discussed Kalamia beach and within a five minute drive the beautiful Loutraki with the hot springs and the nightlife. The apartment is 40 sq.m. It has a balcony of 120 sq.m. which overlooks the whole Corinthian.

If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, club etc., you can find it in a 5 mins drive at Loutraki and Korinthos. Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The beach is a 10 minute walk and within 100m you can find shops, restaurants and cafeterias.
