An amazing Airbnb find, exceeded expectations in every regard while being true to the description provided. What stood out to me was Lizzy's excellent communication and general helpfulness, be that in giving local recommendation for a gym to giving me her own climbing chalk to use 5 minutes after I asked where to buy some :D. Beyond that, the neighbourhood is also very welcoming and fun, more so than the listing make it sound. Sitting at the footstalls eating spicy sisig and rice was a staple of my day for a week because it was both delicious and very chill. Thanks Lizzy! I will book again when back in Cebu.

The condo is also really close to restaurants and bars, which is perfect if you’re into the nightlife. High design, best comfort next to Ayala Mall!

Tony’s place was one of the best place I have ever been stayed. It has everything I need for a long stay including Smart TV , with Netflix, YouTube and even had HBO and local cable channels. A washer was a big plus. The place is well stocked with cleaning supplies and cooking supplies and a basket of goodies was a surprise. I loved the location as it is only a few minutes to Ayala Center Mall. The building had a 7/11 , bakery,coffee shop, laundry service, drinking water shop where they will deliver water to your unit. I was lucky to meet the owner, Tony , who gave me a tour of the facility. he’s a very friendly and kind person. This place is perfect for a couple and I highly recommend it. Also building staffs were so friendly and welcoming and we felt very safe.

we were not personally welcomed by the host due to our late arrival to the place, understandable because it's sinulog day. but with the clear instructions from the host, we were able to get in to the unit without difficulty. When we are at the place, it was the kitchen and the cozy bed and a couch got my attention that much. it was more than i expected. The place was not that spacious, but we were able to sleep well with my wife, my parents and my 2 nephews aged 4 and 9. we were able to cook our foods for every breakfasts and occasionally during dinner time without difficulty. the kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, and an induction cooker, complete with kitchen utensils. we were able to watch our favorite movies in Netflix with the 50 inches curved tv while we ate our foods. the place also have it's own wifi internet of upto 120mbps DL and 15mbps UL. the air-conditioning was great, we were able to sleep well with the cold breeze of air it produces.

Mandani Bay 2 bedroom 2 Bath Luxury Living

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

I had a great stay here. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The room was clean and had a nice view from the balcony. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and warm water. The location is also good, close to the IT Park and Ayala malls where you can find many restaurants and nice places to relax. I have no complaints. The host was very responsive to my questions. It’s really worth staying here.

1BR Apt in Cebu, across Ayala

Daisy was a great host. I stayed there for 3 months she had a cleaning crew come every 2 weeks to keep the place clean. They were also very nice and friendly. From a day I arrived there was already things that I needed there drinking water, detergent, body wash. It was an easy transition to feel like home. Thank you Daisy for allowing me to stay in such a wonderful place I actually miss it.

Kenny was responsive and helpful; check-in is easy, you don't need to make appointments, you just pick up the key from letterbox (next to front desk of the building). I checked in at 2AM smoothly. The apartment was practical and good for Philippine's standards: kitchen, shower, hot water, AC old and loud but working, fridge, the sea view from 52nd floor was nice.

Great place to stay in Cebu, best location in town with a nice view from the window. Its not very spacious as most places in the area but its well organized so you still have spaces to sit comfortably, cook, work etc. Huge swimming pool is a big plus. What I liked the most is the great acoustic, zero noise from the street and nearby units. Tony was very friendly and helpful, also let me check in early in the morning

When I travel, I tend to be sensitive to bedding and toilets, but like I was worried for nothing, the bedding, bathroom, tableware, etc., were completely clean and different. As expected, it was nice that the owner cared a lot about it because he was from Korea, and it was by far the best Newtown accommodation I've stayed in many times. I'm completely willing to revisit, and I'll stay here again next time!!! And I was completely touched by the owner who took great care of me one by one, and I felt more comfortable with the host's consideration because it was a foreign country. Thank you!!

One Pacific Newtown - Mactan View Prime Location

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. The Suite-Luxurious City Skyline

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place is a lot better than what I anticipated! Location is amazing! Everything you need is near by, two 7 elevens, Starbucks next door, currency exchange 2 minute walk, a fast dryer that cost roughly 100 pesos to use. A really good barber shop. McDonald’s lots of restaurants near by. The home was lovely. I felt I really enjoyed everything !
