Fantastic villa ,more like your own resort , even better than pictures . Spyros was brilliant always there if you needed anything and replied immediately even dropped a bottle of wine off for us .Latchi Harbour is 5 minutes away ( you will drive through it to get to the villa ) Loads of restaurants very reasonable, locals are lovely people. We did boat trip to blue lagoon on Nafiska 11 worked our £20 each . Free wine orange juice and fruit. We hired a car for the week which i would recommend, £120 For the week they drive on same side as uk and have 3 pin plugs 🙂

The description does not do the villa justice it is big spacious with everything you could possibly need. The outside space is huge well kept with a fantastic pool. Lynn was available when needed and accommodated all our every need. The villa is on a quiet plot but still within distance of the amenities however you do need a car. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Irene and would return again Lynn is a lovely host there when needed. We would definitely recommend this Villa to our friends and family.

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is in a very quiet location. We liked to go to different beaches or explore the island. Coming back to the large pool and garden area in the afternoon and relaxing was great. The furnishings of the apartment were more than good and Margarita surprised us with drinks and fruit. We felt very comfortable with Margarita and it was a pleasure to get to know her.

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!

It was a new villa with a great environment and interior! The living room and kitchen had a large window with a view outside, which gave it a very open feeling. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and neat! It was a newly built villa with a great view and it was great! It's on the mountain side of Paphos and it's only a 20-minute drive to the city center. Martin and Olga were very kind and were happy to help with any questions I had, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful villa.

The villa is absolutely wonderful. Lots of thought and style in the external space plus some wonderful features inside. Kyriacos went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and at home in the villa with some lovely thoughtful extras. He was also very proactive in sending though information about the villa as we got closer to our holiday. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The roof terrace gives the opportunity to see some fabulous sunsets. We would highly recommend this place for a peaceful quiet holiday. Although there is current ongoing building activity in the area it is hardly noticeable when sitting around the pool or inside the villa. Car is highly recommended as it is a way out of town or to the nearest supermarket. So many amazing things to do around the island

We had a fantastic stay in Aliki’s house. Eleni’s love and enthusiasm for her country and her homes are contagious. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful host or a more relaxing holiday. Her instructions on how to get there were excellent and the nibbles were very welcome after arriving very late due to a delayed flight. Aliki’s house is very well-equipped, it had everything we needed. The only sad thing was when it was time to leave. The little flies were a bit of a pest while we were there but it certainly didn't spoil it and they only last for a couple of weeks in the year. Thank you Eleni we plan to return.

Would definitely stay here again! Stylianos is beyond accommodating and made our stay unforgettable. I would recommend to anyone!! The flat is clean and has everything you need.

Wonderful stay in an amazing home! The communication was excellent, the house was spotless, and Victoria was a generous and accommodative host. The location is also excellent, with proximity to vineyards and Latchi as well as great restaurants. Seriously, try “To Palati!”!!

Lovely place, great location and lots to do in the local area, easy access to Restaurants and Bars. Recommend a car if intending to explore Cyprus. Melanie our host could not do enough for us.

Martins apartment exactly as listed had everything he described plus extra touches like tea bags coffee sugar wine and water on arrival. Apartment spotlessly clean very comfortable the complex extremely clean all pools great well maintained and had life guards at both. The apartment close to all amenities shops bars and restaurants hickory’s was our favourite Venus beach exquisite just get there early could imagine quite hard to get sun beds at peak holiday times. Martin was easy to communicate with and even arranged for taxi to pick us up at airport. In summery great apartment well worth the money great place and lovely people will definitely stay at martins again if visiting pathos loved everything 👍👍

We enjoyed the five-day vacation very much. Dimitri was a really accommodating and friendly host, in a way that you rarely find. His son picked us up from the airport and took us back at the end, which is by no means a matter of course and we did not expect it at all. In addition, we were greeted on the first day with breakfast and also received many valuable tips for activities and restaurants in the city. Lovely place to stay. Peaceful location with a lot of restaurants nearby and Coral Bay beach a quick drive away. Host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had a very nice stay in Paphos. The apartment made us feel we have a home away from home. Andres was responsive and always there to assist. The area is residential and quiet, a short drive needed for any activity out of home.

This is a great place to stay, has everything you need and is close to a lot of activities and not far from the main tourist areas. Demetris was a great host and was always available to answer our questions. Would recommend staying here.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

Kevin's place was great, easy access to everything Pafos has to offer. Parking was very convenient, we had a great time.

We felt comfortable here. The bed is 1.2m, which may be too small for some couples. Then be sure to organize Jacobs tabs for coffee. Savvas Grill Restaurant with great Stifaki right around the corner. To the beach 10 minutes. Simple standard but everything there except for dishwasher. The view from the balcony and the atmosphere at breakfast are worth booking here.
