Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on a quiet residential street with only a 4-minute walk to the metro - which in just 12 minutes takes you to Copenhagen, 4-minute walk to shopping and Fields, 10-minute walk to scenic Amager Fælled. The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. Great opportunity to enjoy yourself inside and out with the whole family. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, sofa arrangement, dining table, lounge furniture, gym and swimming pool + spa. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa 38, so no matter the weather, you can enjoy hours. Inside, there is plenty of room to play, cozy up or watch a great movie in the large open kitchen and living room area. Three rooms on the ground floor and in addition room + crearum and dressing area on the ground floor.
