We had a wonderful family vacation at Susan’s place! Her house was incredibly cozy and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Susan was also very accommodating and responsive to all our needs, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended! DJDVE

We had an amazing stay. The property is in immaculate condition for an Airbnb. Very well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the location is perfect!

Antonina was a lovely host, who responded straight away to any questions we had. The home was just as described very beautiful with lovely surroundings. We felt so relaxed in this beautiful private surroundings. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be coming back in Easter.

This is the second time we have stayed in Armando’s home and we loved everything about it. So close to everything we need and so quiet. Great coffee and take away just over the road, but the kitchen is great and fully equipped so no need to buy out. We will definitely stay again, thanks for hosting us.

Had such a wonderful and much needed restorative weekend in this beautiful pocket of the world! Would love to call it home. Perfect way to switch off. Elizabeth was an excellent communicator and provided plenty of information. Nothing was too difficult for Col and he was also able to help us get around and the like. Much appreciated!

Paul has a lovely home and was a great host. No issues with our stay and Paul was very responsive. All in all, a great trip!

Tracy’s place was beautiful! Tracy was there on arrival to show us around and provide us with a rundown on the space. She kindly left out champagne and snacks. One of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen from the comfort of bed.

The guesthouse is really amazing. So spacious, lovely living area, huge deck with views over the bush and bellbirds singing. The pool and spa were really great. So many bedrooms and a large playroom which was great for the kids. Would recommend for large groups or families. The only challenge for us was the unfenced dam which posed a bit of a hazard for younger children.

This beautiful home was perfect for our weekend away. We loved our stay and of course spending time on the river. Thank you for letting us use the tinny and kayaks! The house was well stocked, clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the natural light and the views of the river from each level .Pauline who picked us up and dropped us off was lovely and very helpful. Made getting to and from the accommodation so easy, especially with two kids. Wish we stayed longer! Thanks again.

This was the most beautiful place to say - I can’t express how the even though the pictures looked amazing- they didn’t do it justice. We were blown away and that sunset on the water was breathtaking. Felt so homey and we didn’t want to leave. I will be back - just delightful and the host were so kind and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay and spending time with family at the beautiful, well appointed Caves Beach House. We enjoyed having breakfast at the deck, looking towards the beach. We also enjoyed walking to Caves restaurant and to Caves Beach from the house. Thank you for hosting us, Sue!

Perfect for walking to everything in the local area, the beach, restaurants, clubs and bars along the strip where basically at your front door yet you are still private enough for it to be very restful when needed. Lovely little find and an extra bonus for our cute daily visits from the resident dog. Thanks for hosting.

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb for 2 nights to visit family in Avalon. Patti and Maya were highly responsive from the time of booking to the end of the stay. The home was perfect for our party of three and 2 small dogs. It was clean, cosy and everything we needed was available and then some. We had no trouble finding the home, entering it or finding a parking space close to the home on the street. The 2 bedrooms with ensuites was a perfect setup for us as well as the open concept living space. The TV and wifi worked well. We spent a great deal of time in the outdoor living space and even though it rained we still enjoyed it. The neighbourhood is quiet and locals friendly. Close to coffee shops, beaches, restaurants, grocery, pubs and clubs. I have a senior dog that has high anxiety when away from home and he was extremely chilled in this environment. The only negative thing I have to say is that we didn’t stay long enough. 10/10 Highly recommend.

The house was very clean and fresh, super cozy and homely. Corinne went above and beyond to accommodate us, even down to leaving us groceries that suited our family to make breakfast and snacks. She also gave us a run down of the area and things to do and see. We will definitely aim to stay here next time we’re visiting.

An escape from reality is what we were after, Todd provided! Todd's place in Copacabana was our home away from home. Our whippet 'Willow' had fun in the fenced yard, may have been too inquisitive of the herb garden and trampled the rosemary... sorry about that! Our morning walk to the café on the beach provided us with the caffeine to explore this beautiful suburb. Obsessed with the vibe of Todd's home, giving us inspiration to style our own place! Todd was very friendly, always replying quickly and giving us a heads up for the weather. We recommend Todd's slice of heaven to any families and their furry friends!

Thanks. Was great. The only thing was that we looked for the lock box next to what appeared to be the front door, then discovered that the front door was actually around the corner... Maybe good to modify your instructions?

Great New Years experience. The cottage was in a private area, but still close to different sites like the Hunter Valley Gardens, it was a great getaway from the city!!

Peaceful location, had a great girls weekend away 💜 next time I’ll just remember to bring more bug spray, there were more mozzies than I expected to be at the location, and I did not come prepared enough as the person who is generally the one bitten in the group, this is an error on my part

Stephen’s place was exactly as expected, felt at home as soon as you arrive. The grounds and space are amazing and great for the larger group if needed. Stephen was a great communicator and easy to talk too. Would be more than happy to come again!!
