We had a fantastic stay at Port Macdonell though it was short as we were in town for a jazz event at Mount Gambier and the location worked really well for this. It is a very beautiful location and the view of the beach is perfect. The house is very well set up for groups and families and was extremely clean and comfortable. We would like to return one day for a proper visit. Would highly recommend!

Wren's on Glenelg is the place to stay, so beautiful and peaceful it was very hard to leave ... Perfectly romantic, with lots of hidden gems in Nelson and surrounds to explore... perfect place to stay if you have a boat and want to cruise the tranquility of the Glenelg River, most enjoyable and relaxing time spent.... so worth the money!... waking up and having a coffee outside with the bird life and fresh air was the perfect way to start the day. Connie's place was great, just a minute's walk away from the creek in a peaceful location and also very close to cafes and eateries. The house itself is tastefully restored and equipped with all the necessary modern amenities and very neatly maintained. We wished we could spend more time at the property and Port Macdonnell. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect — convenient and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, we made a few mistakes during our stay, including entering the check-in information incorrectly and not sorting the rubbish properly. We also accidentally left behind some clothing, which caused a bit of inconvenience. Despite this, the host was very understanding and even offered to help us resolve the issues. We truly appreciate his patience and support. We strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area — you’ll be in great hands with such a thoughtful and responsible host. Thank you again for everything!

if you'd like a quiet getaway that's not too far from the beach, then this is the perfect spot!! located within a quick drive to the coastal township of Beachport - the pub has great meals and the Waterfront Cafe is great for brunch!!

Great location for a relaxing escape. Beautiful, uninterrupted ocean view from front windows exactly as described. No window covering on carport glass sliding door, so if you’re after complete privacy this may be worth knowing. Also the kids room doesn’t have blockout blinds, so early wake ups are likely. Comfy beds. We didn’t use the car at all during our stay as everything was an easy walk or cycle. Great cafes and restaurants an easy walk along the coastal path. We will be back. Thanks Katelyn for offering an affordable coastal getaway.

Immaculate and charming gardens to enjoy a private picnic. Very clean interior. Good communication and flexible check in. Highly recommend. We will be back to enjoy Beachport!!

We had a lovely stay at the old farmhouse. Perfect location if you are visiting Mount Gambier for Generations in Jazz festival. Suzannne and Bronte were nice friendly hosts and greeted us when we arrived. The house is very spacious (perfect for 2 couples), peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views all around. Would definitely stay there again.

It was really nice, breakfast for kids in the fridge like bread, milk, yogurts, Nutella, jam etc. Everything was provided and everything you needed for bathroom needs as well. Overall good experience and quiet place.
