Close to the mall and Barigui Park, Passaúna, easy access to the Br277 and 116 contour, a short distance from Santa Felicidade, São Brás, Campo Comprido, 5 minutes from the Teatro Eventos-Universidade Positivo. For security, the outdoor space (garden) has a camera.

Loft do Vale is not isolated, although it is located in a 20,000 m2 area in the middle of the rural region of Almirante Tamandaré. There are two other facilities on the property, 70 and 150 meters away from it, in addition to the 300m2 residence located above it.
