The apartment is as shown in the photos, everything is impeccable and modern. The building is new and very comfortable. I traveled with my dog and we had no problems, it was a very pleasant stay. Yasna has everything planned to make you feel at home: from a spice rack to a hair dryer, nothing was missing. The bed is very comfortable and the place is spotless. I would definitely come back, since it is also very well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants and with excellent connectivity.

Very good accommodation, comfortable and very cozy, with everything you need, we chose this apartment because of its proximity to Quinta Vergara and we were not mistaken.

The apartment owner was super friendly and responded quickly, always ready to answer any questions. Located in a quiet area, the apartment was very quiet. The concierges were friendly at all times and willing to answer any questions. Despite having a problem with the vending machine, they treated us super well and the problem was resolved immediately.

Very nice stay . Priscila was always quick to respond. Although I had to return earlier due to personal issues, she was extremely understanding and empathizing with my situation. I love her and her apartment .

I think it's a wonderful place, very nice, my stay was short but it was totally worth it, the location leaves you close to everything and the service is fluid, but it would be ideal to have a more detailed description of each thing in the check-in description or to have a speech ready with the most frequently asked questions. I'd love to come back.

Dept. warm, beautiful and very comfortable. The expected host, would respond instantly. I felt right at home, the whole space is very well equipped, the location in a quiet neighborhood close to playa, mall, very central everything you can do walking. I recommend it 100%

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

The house has everything you need to have a good time. Whether with family or friends. Because it has many spaces to have a good time: - glasses of sparkling wine in the Jacuzzi - a little exercise in the pool - Have a barbecue in the garden - Have a chat with a wine around the stove - watch a children's movie with the projector Outstanding!

Hello, Ignacio's house is great, much nicer than what you see in the photos. You have everything for a great stay. The kitchen is super well equipped, excellent grill, very comfortable bathrooms and room. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Ignacio is always willing to help with whatever you need, he responds super quickly to inquiries, he is proactive, he is super flexible with schedules. Undoubtedly you choose the house of Ignacio you spend an incredible few days!! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon. Thank you Ignacio for your excellent hospitality.

The place is wonderful, an eden. The house and garden of high design standards. It's like a decoration magazine house. Very good taste. Full of native trees, a huge natural pool, a large stove and soft and clean savannas ( and beds) where to rest. A comfortable kitchen, sparkling bathroom, super cozy living room. The host was very friendly and always super attentive to all our concerns. In fact, he recommended some very nice treckings and local restaurants where we ate excellent . We rest, we saw movies, we enjoyed nature, we ate very well x the surroundings, we did excursions and always felt safe. Really the safety issue is outstanding . I recommend it in closed eyes, by far the best place in the area . If or if we are going to come back

Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The location is very good, which makes it easy to get to different parts of the city. The pool with the slide was the best for my daughter, she really enjoyed it. It is an ideal place for two people or couples with a child, as it is comfortable and cozy. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, nice and ideal for children. We loved the entertainment room, you or the children can watch movies comfortably, as well as play since it has some toys for them. Even read for a while, something that appeals to you from its small but interesting selection of books. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We hardly heard any noise in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest next to the condominium that is very pleasant to look at. And Karina was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

Super nice and family place. Everything was impeccable and well cared for. Pedro is very receptive, attentive and welcomed us with great affection. We highly recommend it!!!!!

The condominium is excellent. The ocean view from the 6th floor is beautiful. Playa Los Lilenes is non-existent. We had to use the car every day to go to the beaches of Viña or Reñaca. That wasn't the idea. It was hard for us to walk up from the beach to the condominium, due to the difference in height and age, of course.

Communication with Mascha is very fluid. Means of transport pass in front of the building: which is very convenient! We will return without hesitation!
