Spacious and very clean apartment just outside of the Paris city centre, ideal if you’re travelling by car (you will be able to park your care in a safe underground parking). Well furnished, with a good bed and shower, fast wifi and an outside terrace space. Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—charming, thoughtfully designed, and super cozy. It had the perfect aesthetic and felt very user-friendly, with everything we needed easily accessible. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in the area! Mezyan was a fantastic host—very responsive, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. He made everything easy and stress-free, and we really appreciated how friendly and communicative he was. It’s clear he cares about creating a great experience for his guests!

La estadía en el apartamento fue extremadamente agradable, el lugar muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es muy buena y se llega cómodamente a cualquier sitio. Sylvia ha sido una excelente anfitriona, súper amable y disponible para sacarnos cualquier duda o aconsejarnos. De volver, sin duda elegiría hospedarme en su casa.

Appartment seems revamped and clean. Towes were smelly and too old for use. Matress in the main bedrom was very uncomfotable. Too soft. Maybe for somoene who prefers that will be ok. We also asked for the crib for the baby but it was not fully functional. One side waqs broken so the whole set up of the crib was wierd. On my AirBnb app i was not able to see entrance instruction. It was constantly appointing me to message the host. So it took a while to get all details. I also do not speak frech so translating from snapshot photo the details for enetering was a bit challenging. Nebourghood is very nooisy durring the night and very hot. So if you open window you are not sleeping due to the nooise.

Everything was perfect for our family of 5. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to train. Perfect, cozy getaway at the end of the day. Melanie was easy to work with and communicated from the first day we booked. Highly recommend!

Tivemos uma estadia incrível! Fomos recebidos pelo anfitrião que nos atendeu super bem e foi super educado. Nos deu instruções claras de uso do apartamento além de deixar duas cadernetas de instruções e dicas do apartamento e do local. Eles nos deixaram uma cesta com biscoitos, balas, bolinhos de chocolate e um frisante rosé! Foi um grande diferencial, nos sentimos muito bem tratados. O apartamento estava bem limpo, arrumado e tinha tudo que precisávamos em termos de utensílios domésticos (principalmente por ter uma criança de 4 anos). O bairro é bem tranquilo, fora da agitação da cidade, com boas padarias para tomar café e mercados para frutas e legumes. O mercado é muito bom e bem perto do apartamento, assim como a estação de trêm (~5 minutos andando). Amamos o bairro e o apartamento! Ficaríamos lá novamente, com certeza!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Sonia's beautiful apartment in Clichy where we stayed for 4 nights. Just by the corner is a small supermarket and about 5 minutes away after the park is a charming boulangerie with friendly staff. St. Ouen metro is about 13 minutes walk from the apartment and Marie Clichy is around 9 minutes away. Sonia is friendly, responsive and easily gave recommendations for restaurants and boulangeries in the the neighborhood. This is my first time to book an Airbnb for a Paris trip and I chose Clichy area because reviews said it was a good base to stay in Paris away from the touristy and noisy areas. It is about 30 minutes by metro to the center of Paris like going to the Louvre, Tour Eiffel and all the other tourist spots which we had to visit since we were bringing our daughter for her first trip to Paris. Overall, highly recommended.

Logement dans une résidence sécurisée, au calme et très moderne. Parking au sous sol accessible directement de l’étage par l’ascenseur ce qui est très pratique pour décharger les affaires. Le métro à une dizaine de minutes à pied permet de rapidement se rendre à Paris pour visiter. Rien à dire de négatif. C’était parfait et conforme aux photos.

Le logement de Sonya est très bien placé, très proche du métro 14. L'appartement et ses environs furent très calme. Tout correspond à la description et ce fut très propre à mon arrivée. Je recommande!

Very nice apartment! Clean, tidy and quiet, about 5 minutes to the nearest Metro and Manuela is very friendly.

Giriş saatinden yaklaşık 40 dakika kadar once giriş yapmamızı sağladı ve sorun etmedi. Metro ve ulaşım bize çok karışık geldi biz Uber ile ulaşım sağladık çoğu turistik yere yakındı maksimum yarım saatte istediğimiz yere ulaşabildik. Ev özenle temizlenmişti. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için ihtiyacımız olan eşyalar mevcuttu. Çoğu zaman dışarıda yedik fakat bazen evde de yemek yaptık. Ütü ve saç kurutma makinesi gibi ihtiyacımız olan her şey belirtildiği gibi vardı. Ev aynı fotografta göründüğü gibiydi ve sanki kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi hissettik. Sadece terlik olmadığı için biraz problem yaşadık ama bu çok da sorun olmadı. Yatak çok rahattı, dolaplar da gayet geniş ve yeterliydi. 2 kişi konaklayacaklar için harika bir seçenek bence. Evin yanında birçok market ve pastane seçeneği vardı ve biz neredeyse her gün markete gittik bu yüzden evin etrafındaki olanaklar gerçekten iyiydi. Tatlı ve huzurlu, Paris'in biraz dışında ama yine de konumu güzel olan bir mahalledeydi. Tekrar gelmek isterdim. :)

L'appartamento di Melanie e Jean-Nicolas ha tutta la calda atmosfera di una vera casa e abbiamo davvero apprezzato la disponibilità e fiducia dei proprietari nel condividere con noi questo loro bellissimo spazio. Gli ambienti sono ampi e molto luminosi, la cucina è ben attrezzata, la stazione della metropolitana è vicina e comoda da raggiungere a piedi, la comunicazione è stata sempre immediata e cordiale e siamo stati accolti con la massima gentilezza e puntualità, malgrado un nostro ritardo all'arrivo. Già sognamo di poter un giorno tornare e consiglieremo senz'altro questo luogo così bello e accogliente ai nostri amici.

Wij hebben drie nachten in dit appartement verbleven en zijn erg tevreden. Het was makkelijk te vinden en we konden gratis parkeren op straat, wat ideaal is als je met de auto komt, zoals wij. Het appartement was ruim en schoon, precies zoals op de foto's. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel; ze reageerde snel op onze vragen. Toen we bijvoorbeeld niet wisten hoe de magnetron werkte, kregen we direct een duidelijke uitleg. Er is een mogelijkheid om met het openbaar vervoer naar de stad te reizen, maar dat hebben wij niet gedaan. Voor ons was dit iets te omslachtig vanwege overstappen. We kozen ervoor om met Uber te reizen, wat erg goed werkte, er was altijd snel een Uber beschikbaar. Al met al een prettig verblijf, vooral als je houdt van rust en niet midden in de drukte van de stad wilt zitten. Je krijgt een groot, schoon appartement in een rustige omgeving.

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Wat vooral fijn was waren de snelle reacties en handige tips. Verder is het appartement precies wat je verwacht, de metrolijn is kort lopen en in het appartement is alles wat je nodig hebt en meer, wij kwamen niks te kort. We hebben vooral genoten van de bank en de tv waar we comfortabel konden eten en film kijken.

Great apartment. Ramo was very helpful and immediately available if needed. The apartment has everything you need and the jacuzzi and sauna were great added extras and exactly as described. A great way to relax in the midst of being a typical tourist in Paris.
