Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Civray-de-Touraine

As a couple we had a great time in this apartment. The place is cozy, very good quality and very clean. The bathroom is great and the bed is very comfortable. The little apple juice and cookies were a very pleasant plus. In addition, we were able to store the bikes we rented in a garage that we had autonomy Antoine and Claire welcomed us warmly and are kind and caring hosts. Claire drove us to the train station because we were walking and it was raining ropes, which was a great help, a thousand thanks. I would recommned this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aude’s apartment. It was bigger than we expected and we appreciated the wine that she left for our arrival! The bedding was comfortable and as others have mentioned, the coffee machine was very nice to have. We had a rental car so made use of her private garage on the street behind the apartment. We loved the balcony and view of the river, though there is ongoing construction between the apartment and the river so the construction site/crane took away from the tranquility. There was also quite a bit of construction noise during the day, though we were out most of the working hours so it didn’t bother us too much.

Amazing appartment with everything you need . Parking space may be a little tricky to enter with big car, but for small one is good. Ideal location to explore area by car. Very nice Loches market twice a week 3 min from home. This was a perfect vication. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Coralie’s Amboise home was fantastic. The communication with her was outstanding. She was always ready to answer questions, to help with any issue, and to make you feel immediately at home. She was super-accommodating and generous. What wonderful hospitality! The home has plenty of room, all the kitchen accessories you need for home-cooked meals, and if you have kids, they have games and toys ready for fun! The place is bright, and the location is private, but also close to the “Main Street” area. It is a sanctuary after a day of touring. If you want to go to Chenonceau and don’t have a car, there is a bus stop not far (theater) and the bus will drop you off at the entrance of the chateau. We would definitely recommend this for a small family holiday!!!❤️

I reccomend this house 100%! Philippe is a great host, the house is 4min walking to the train station and 7min walking to the city center, perfect for parking as well. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the bathroom is very clean. There is a small garden that we couldn't enjoy due to the rain but it is really calm and green.

Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for. Steps away from all the restaurants. Communication with Da was great. The place was very clean and had everything we were looking for. If you are staying in Amboise this is the place to stay.

Perfectly located, a few steps from all amenities, this accommodation is both comfortable, bright, quiet, spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. It matches the photos in every way and has everything you need to comfortably accommodate four adults. Nearby parking was easy to find. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Eric’s place was beautiful. We loved everything about it. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable, washer and drier worked very well, showers were fantastic, and the yard and patio were lovely. Eric had many suggestions and made us feel very welcome. He even picked us fresh strawberries from his garden. Joli gite was a great location for visiting Amboise, chateaux, and more. We enjoyed staying in such a peaceful location. We would love to return to Eric’s place someday.

Celine's place is beautiful with a lovely outdoor area. The bed's were comfortable and the kitchen is very nice. The bathrooms are large and modern. Everything was super clean. It is an easy 25 minute walk to the town square, which was enjoyable to our group. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Well, this was just a fantastic base from which to explore Amboise and the nearest chateaux. By the end of the first day we were saying to one another "We ought to have booked this for longer," and eventually we texted Greg to ask if we could extend our stay. He could not have been more helpful and as a result we were able to vary our Airbnb booking, and ended up staying in Amboise longer than we had planned. It's a beautiful town anyhow and we certainly haven't exhausted all the places to eat! And what a gorgeous house and peaceful garden, lovely to return to at the end of a day's sightseeing. (Also really useful to have a separate laundry room!) Could not recommend highly enough.

The host explains the entire check-in and check-out procedure, so it's very easy to access. Quiet accommodation without noise close to towers. Clean and well kept

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

This is a great place to stay. Right next to the city centre, lots of living space, and a lovely location on the island. It’s a good idea to prebook restaurants: a number of them close on Mondays.

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

The welcome is warm, the instructions are precise and the host is very responsive. The accommodation is as described even if the building is dilapidated. It is ideally placed for visiting certain places in the area.
