Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Great place to stay with family. Location very good and very convenient to go anywhere from apartment. Apartment is still new and have good ambience and good decoration. 100/100!! At first, when we searched for a place to stay because we had a concert to attend, we just wanted a place with a living room to gather and have some talk. Sejak pertama kali membuka pintu, yang langsung disambut dengan ruang tengah penuh fasilitas lengkap, rapi, dan terawat, menjadikan kebersamaan terasa lebih hangat. The quality truly blows our mind, the place is so clean, we had some good sleep because the mattresses are so comfy, and we can request things like iron and hair dryer. Kamar mandi dilengkapi dengan shower yang berfungsi dengan baik, peralatan mandi yang lengkap dan terisi penuh. Unfortunately, we don’t have time to swim at the pool beside the tower and take a walk around the complex. Make sure you guys spare some time and enjoy the neighborhood!! If we have a concert to attend again, we’ll make sure to book this place😁 Thank you for hosting us! Nice place, nice location

It was an enjoyable stay for us and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Glad that he is also flexible and willing to support us for our long stay in his house. I feel like living in our own house. Many thanks to Mr Felix who is the owner of the house.

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

The unit is homey, according to the picture. before check-in it's been wa by the housekeeper, so communication can be faster. clean, complete amenities, direct pool in front of the unit. private elevator and free parking for guests as well

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

2nd time stayed here. Refki didnt fail to make us happy. thanls a lot for everything. all was great
