Tempatnya bagus, lokasi sangat strategis bisa jalan kaki 5 menit aja udah nyampe Aeon Mall. Kamarnya luas, balconnya juga luas. Puas menginap di unit ini. Cocok banget buat keluarga atau buat teman segank. Next kalo ada keluarga berkunjung, pasti nginap di sini lagi.

Irvan is by far the best host we've had on Airbnb. The place itself is outrageously cheap for what it is. It was clean, well-equipped and Irvan's attention to detail was amazing! We immediately felt at home 🤩 Highly recommend 💯

ok semuanya, bersih, enak tv nya ada 2 n dua2nya bs netflix, ac dingin, kulkas besar n dingin, yg pasti PS5 nya bikin anak betah bgt, kamar bilas kolam renangnya bersih n ada air panasnya juga sama ada sabunnya, overall nginep disini worth it lah, respon host nya cpt

Sudah 2x memesan disini, rasanya masih sama seperti pertama kali datang, suasana cozy, fasilitas lengkap, stopkontak roll yang sangat membantu, pemanas air listrik , ada kompor portable juga , piring dan gelas juga garpu dan sendok yang lengkap, sabun mandi, shampoo, dan shower juga pemanas air yang menyala, ac yang cepat dingin, jemur baju di balkon juga cepat kering dengan adanya bantuan outdoor AC, serasa ada di rumah dengan segala kenyamanan, juga lift apart/hotel yang sangat cepat, tempat nya tidak terlalu ramai, ada akses dari parkiran langsung ke apart di lantai 19 yang rasanya terasa sangat dekat, di parkiran juga ada batas maksimal hanya 25rb , jadi tidak memakan biaya, worth it to rent long, and Staycation. Thank you kak dewi yang ramah untuk sedia mengganti sprei baru, akan repeat order kembali 🤩

Sunhwa's place is nice, cozy & family friendly. We were celebrating new year with whole family and enjoyed our stay there. The owner is very nice, live near the homestay, so no need to worry if we need their help urgently. Thank you for letting our family staying there :)

Nice home,nice surroundings to stay out from hectic big city environment, natural atmospere, re-juvenating quietness :) *ps maybe the host should give water heater since the water slightly ice cold :D

The villa is very comfortable and clean. The host also responsive, although we had some issue with the kitchen stuff but overall the entire home is worth the price and we had a great stay in this place.

I stayed at this villa while preparing for a concert at SICC, and it exceeded my expectations! The villa is spacious with 4 large bedrooms (though it feels like there are more, as some rooms were locked), clean bathrooms, and incredibly comfy beds. I slept soundly despite being exhausted from event prep. The best part? It’s very affordable for such a large place and is located close to SICC, making everything super convenient. Mr. Rudy, the host, was very kind, even accommodating my last-minute booking. Mr. Budi, the caretaker, was friendly, quick to respond, and made everything smooth, including extending my checkout time and very last-minute request to extending my stay for another night. The only minor downside was a few insects, but I left the windows open, so that's on me. Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely come back for future events at SICC. Thanks, Mr. Rudy and Mr. Budi!

Farhan definitely a great host. He was very responsive since day 1 . You could ask Farhan for laundry service that could pick up your laundry on B1. Restaurants and cafes were in walking distance. Parking fees are quite expensive (max : 30 rb/night). The room was enough for 2 people (+1 toddler) . It was actually pretty clean, but I have a very bad allergic to dust (thought bcs the AC), but turns out bcs of the dust under the bed. The amenities are complete. Don’t forget to check on the sound of prepaid electricity meters , our electricity is off bcs I didn’t notice it, and makesure the token is enough for the weekend (because it can only be purchased on weekdays, on the 8th floor ) 😂

Recommended place for staycation with friends! 💖 (suitable for 3 people). Kita booking unitnya termasuk mendadak sebenarnya, tapi host untungnya komunikatif & sangat fast respon jadi proses booking juga cepat ✨ Arahan check-in oleh Kak Susan juga lancar jaya tanpa hambatan. Arahannya jelas dan detail. Kita request untuk early check-in & late check-out juga diperbolehkan 🥺 Ada akses free ke kolam renang & gym di lantai 1. Ada juga minimarket, laundry & coffee shop persis dekat lobby. Butuh belanja snack/bahan masakan yang lebih lengkap? Ada Indomaret juga di tower yang berbeda. Peralatan masak cukup lengkap u/ masak-masak simple. Ada juga rice cooker mini, kompor listrik, teko listrik, microwave! Peralatan mandi juga disediakan handuk, sabun mandi & shampoo. Ada juga water heater, hairdryer & setrika. Tempat tidur nyaman+ada smart tv jadi bisa movie marathon seharian ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Kak Susan’s Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

The place is very comfortable! If I had known that it is that comfortable, i’d be staying there for some more nights. Definitely will come back and stay again. Langit also very responsive and nice, I really appreciate his initiative on everything!

Luarbiasa utk unitnya sangat nyaman , kemudahan checkin dan owner yg ramah, respon baik... Betah banget... Cm AC ruang utama kurang dingin dan air di bathub lama surutnya next mau pesen lagi ya mba...

Pak Agus sangat cepat merespon setiap pertanyaan saya dan ramah chek in pun mudah.. kamar yg bersih dan nyaman.. fasilitas ok didapur disediakan teko,penggorengan,serta alat makan, sabun pencuci piring pun disediakan. teh,kopi,gula,garam,cream juga ada. Toilet disediakan sabun,shampo,pasta gigi,tissu dan handuk. tempat tidur nyaman dengan ac yg berfungsi dengan baik. pak Agus juga menyediakan setrika dan alasnya. Anak2 saya betah menginap disini. Klo ke Bogor pasti balik lagi nginep disini...

I don't have anything to say, but I stay with my family and 1 toddler, very comfy. Quite perfect for my family to stay. Miss Susan is also very kind and responsive. Very recommended for local tourists or tourists with family. Thank you so much.
