Fresh and Modern Apartment Luka with Old Town & Sea View

There are only few terraces like this: Dubrovnik's Old Town in front of you and the clear Adriatic Sea behind it. The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. This apartment was perfect for our time in Cavtat. This was our first time in Croatia so we did not know what to expect, but the location of this unit could not have been better. We were a five minute walk from the main part of town which is right on the sea. There are tons of restaurants and bars, but not in a loud, intrusive way - it's absolutely perfect. There is also a small market to buy groceries and a bank should you need to exchange money (and I HIGHLY recommend bringing Euros with you - a lot of places are cash only, and they prefer cash to cards - some even give discounts if you use cash). The view from the apartment balcony was stunning - the bay was beautiful, and the most incredible sunsets you will ever see. There were five of us staying here, and it was more than enough space for all of us. The roof top pool is also beautiful and has a wonderful sea view. If coming from US, bring adapters - that was the only thing we needed. Everything else was perfection!

Just back from our stay and we're so pleased we booked this. The apartment was beautifully clean and well equipped, but the best thing was the view from the balcony and the terrace. Only 10 minutes in an Uber from the old town, which always came within 3 minutes of booking, meant that staying here you get the best of both worlds. The terrace has a pristine hot tub, gets the sun all day and isnt over looked at all. Danijela was the best host, getting the apartment ready as soon as possible after our early arrival, always quick to reply and kind enough to arrange transfers and excursions for us. Thank you for making our trip completely stress free. Will be back to stay next time in Dubrovnik!

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

Could not fault this accommodation. From booking to checking out everything was great. The apartment is lovely, spacious, clean, cosy, and modern. The outside area is perfect for relaxing. Hot tub is fantastic. Easy to drive to and there is a fantastic beach about 10 minutes drive away. Perica and Miho are wonderful hosts very responsive and accommodating . Lovely extras like bread and treats. Highly recommend this accommodation.
