"Hotel New HIOK" An old miscellaneous building nestled in the corner of the city, close to Kobe Station.There was a space there that was ruined and not used for a long time. At first glance, I felt the potential and eyes of the place where I finished my role, Nishimura, a "abandoned house regeneration architectural group" based in Kobe. The "Artistic Hotel to Stay", which they created with the concept of "secret urban base", opened in August 2023. Total area is 93 ㎡.Renovated an entire 3-story building. * The hotel part is on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and rooftop Because of the living space on the second floor and the bedroom separate structure on the third floor, it can be used spaciously for couples as well as families and groups. The interior utilizes the texture of the concrete and the open space with the ceiling pulled out.The exterior exterior is an unimaginable stylish design to stimulate your sensibilities. There is also an island kitchen with a huge one board.It is also a great place for small events. Notably, the open rooftop space should be noted.Wonderful morning coffee overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city is the best. Enjoy a special Kobe experience in a corner of the city.

Two single bed mattresses, 1 single extra bed, There is one futon mattress and one futon. We use single coil mattresses made by Simmons in the United States. Single beds are separated. For 3 people, we will provide an extra bed or futon mattress. We have plenty of kitchen utensils. It's spacious and you can also enjoy cooking. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the market, where you can find fresh ingredients such as greengrocers, fishmongers, and butchers. There are many recommended shops, such as cozy taverns and cute cafes. Coffee and breakfast from nearby coffee shops can be delivered. Free parking 1 vehicle We operate several spaces, so it's not available when other guests are parked there Please check with me in advanced.
