All parking in the neighborhood is free. On the accommodation side, you will be in a duplex located on the first floor of an old tuffeau house. Independent access from the outside. You will find a living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms upstairs. Garden adjoining the property.

Appartement 2 pièces, refait à neuf, 40m², en centre ville historique de Chinon, donnant sur la place Jeanne d'Arc sans vis-a-vis. L'appartement dispose d'une belle hauteur sous plafond, il est situé au 1er et dernier étage, c'est donc calme. Parking gratuit sur la place au pied de l'appartement. Boulangerie, pharmacie, banques et cafés-restaurants sont au pied de l'immeuble. Les quais de la Vienne sont juste devant à moins de 2 minutes à pied. Le logement est non fumeur.
