I approach truffle making as an artistic and scientific interplay. I'm a graduate of the L'Ecole Valrhona Chocolate program and currently a student at the Napa Valley Wine Academy. I've been making truffles for 24 years and have been teaching this experience since 2018. I am excited to teach you how create your own luxurious truffles from scratch.
