The homestay is pretty nice. large rooms, daily cleaning (not utensils), washing machine, nice views from terrace and a responsive host. There were some issues but were promptly sorted out by the owners. There is a caretaker and a manager downstairs who are quite helpful. overall very nice stay.

House is nice and clean. Location is peaceful and near to bus stand all famous places.I had a great stay.

Giri was very helpful and accommodative to most of our requests. Safe and tidy place to stay.

The place was really good, everything was available in the property.. The facility is near to the bus stand and CMC hospital.. The host is very friendly and it had flexible check in and check out timings.. Everything in the flat was clean and well maintained.

Yaminis place is superb. The location is convenient and very near the Padmavathi Temple. This was our second time staying at her place and we loved it. There is super market right below her building. The house is beautiful and comfortable.

Achyuta Homestay in Tirupati was a perfect choice. The home was excellent clean, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful environment ideal for families and temple visitors. Starting from check in to checkout they made sure we were comfortable. The hospitality was genuine and heartfelt, making it a memorable experience. Had a great time a Venu's place. Everything was as per expectation. He and his staff Tharun are helpful and supportive. Darshan also went smoothly with their guidance.

This place is in a good location - situated at a walkable distance to a bakery ( French Bakers) and Dmart store. The flat is compact and suited for the stay for a small family. What we loved about the flat was access to a small balcony from the hall which ensured good light and ventilation. The front desk is very helpful and had helped arrange for an auto for our travel. The host, Mr. Sudarshanam and the front desk were very responsive to our needs, which enabled us to have a very comfortable stay. As we were travelling with a toddler, they had arranged for an extra cot and bed for us which was much needed. The kichenette attached to the hall is useful for basic heating / cooking as needed. Vessels provided were also very useful for us. There was also access to a fridge and a drinking water station. We are very grateful to Sudarshanam for the opportunity to stay at the flat. Hope to stay again the next time we are in Vellore. Thanks for the pleasant stay and experience.

Kapil and Cnu the caretaker, was exceptionally helpful and always available to assist with even the smallest requests, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. The property is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the surrounding area is peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable family and hassle-free stay!

I stayed at Devarajulu’s place with my parents and siblings for visiting the Tirumala Temple. The rooms were big and airy. Everything was clean and the washrooms were super clean and spacious. We also enjoyed a good view from the balcony. The location is pretty convenient and not too noisy. Devarajulu was very kind. I showed up early around 6 AM (long before the official 10 AM check-in), and he didn’t hesitate to let me in and get settled. He was also helpful over call or text whenever needed. The only issue was that the TV in the hall wasn’t working, but it didn’t bother us much.

Took this homestay during my recent visit to Tirupathi and I can say it is worth every penny spent. Great location, nice ambience, flexible support staff and Ashok Reddy being great host. Definite recommedation to the people who are looking for homestays in Tirupathi.

Abrar is really helpful. He always responded all the queries quickly and also guided us about the local transportation. The property is also in very good condition and the caretakers are also good. They do their job very well. Only one suggestion from my side - It will be better if a refrigerator can be provided in the kitchen..

Very clean , every household things are available washing machine , fridge , cooking utensils it makes your stay super easy

It was the right place for family or group of people, we never felt away from home. My family was so happy and comfortable.

Santhavathi is a great host. Always responsive and helpful. Consistently provided assistance when requested. The house was clean and spacious, making it ideal for a family stay. The location was convenient, with supermarkets nearby. It is definitely worth the cost and I would recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Kalpatharu- 101. It was exactly as in the photos uploaded by host. It was neat and clean with all amenities. Lakshmi was very helpful. We were 8 people and we all are happy with the place. Best part was lift option available to the upper floor of the duplex apartment. Well constructed. Even driver was provided with accomodation. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Only con was location, if you are in you have a vehicle, this is the best place.
