Comfortable apartment on the 7th floor with spectacular ocean views, beautiful beach, fully furnished. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning, dining room, living room with sofa and TV, WiFi, refrigerator, full kitchen, fan, balcony with a beautiful ocean view, 2 pools for children, 1 pool for adults. We are in the Milina sector. The condominium is called Torre Oceánica and we are 1 block from the Hosteria el Faro and 4 blocks from the Supermaxi.

Best Location, Nice View, Beautiful Beach

One block away from entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with Sea View in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.
