The house is really spectacular, very nice, cozy and clean met all my expectation.. as was the super quiet condominium. The host María C. was very kind from the first moment, giving us all the necessary directions to get the most out of the house. I would rent it again without any doubt and I would also totally recommend it!

i definitely recommend it! We had great days, my family was super! small and large. The best part of the house is the view and the proximity to the sea. The beach is large, empty , with a lot of sand. I went in the season between cold and hot, so there were not many people. The condominium is beautiful there are many nice houses and others under construction, it is still not 100% full. Within the place there is a winery and near a large tapifo with another shop and restaurant. The house is very nice and clean! Again rent with BH. Thank you for everything!

I was a little concerned at booking because this place was a much lower price than some of the other beach houses in the area I was looking at. No need to worry! This place is great. The house is as advertised—4 bedrooms, 7 beds (3 sets of bunk beds, one queen bed), 3.5 bathrooms. Plenty of space for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. Most importantly it is super close to the beach. Just steps away. The house also has some beach supplies, like an umbrella and a boogie board. The condominio is still in development, so very uncrowded and peaceful. The community pool is large and has a lovely ocean view. The tennis courts were not the best—the clay was too deep so the ball didn’t bounce, but the fronton court and soccer fields were great. Our kids had tons to do. It is fairly close (not walking distance, but a short drive) to a couple small towns with little restaurants. Mainly it’s a secluded little hideaway and a great spot to relax. Hazzael was a great host! Very responsive.

We had a great time as a family. The house is spacious and you have all the cooking utensils there. The pool is deep, which we think is better so you don't have to go to the club house. A good location to have the beach and also have a base to go and see Paracas and Chincha.

The house is just as in the photos with everything you need to have a nice stay. In addition, its large gardens were the best for my pets to enjoy to the fullest. Carlos is attentive and responds quickly. The beach is very nice, with few people and it's close. We'll be back anyway.

The description offered in the listing meets all expectations, the house is too cute, a very nice place to share as a family. Large and clean pool, spacious and clean grill area, in itself all part of the house perfect. Regarding the hosts, Ana and her mom were very nice and understandable, they were always attentive to us, creating peace of mind for me and my family. I would go back to the house because of the good experience.
