We had an enjoyable stay here. The place was really cozy and peaceful. It's a short walk to the nearest public transport.

Sakura n Ken are Wonderful hosts , always responsive. The place is clean n spacious for 5 of us to spread around in the 5 days we were there. Comes with extra towels n amenities. Bed n Bedding are clean n comfortable. About 5 mins walk from direct subway line from airport. Convenient to food, shopping n public transportation. Would recommend the place n hosts anytime.

The place is really clean and all the amenities are there. The place is near a station so no problem to go around the city.

This was our second stay at Mai's place. It is a very good location, close to grocery store and coin laundry, and a shop that makes fresh ground nut butters! The train is 2 blocks away, very easy to get to Tenjin or Hakata Stn.Requests were handled promptly, and graciously. I hope we can stay here on our next trip to Fukuoka.

호스트분이 너무 친절하고 넓은숙소 저렴한가격이 좋았습니다 텐진과 하타카타와는 거리가 좀 있지만 동네에 맛집과 이자카야가 많아서 좋았어요

Nothing to complain about Kana-san’s room and her hospitality. Best location to access the centre of the city. Personally it’s better than staying at Hakata or Tenjin (considering the door-to-door distance to the subway station) In addition, there are so many great local restaurants, bars, and supermarket around the area(most of them are way cheaper than the ones near Hakata or Tenjin). Highly recommended.

５人家族（私、妻、子ども３人）で利用させてもらいました。 今回初めて利用させていただきましたが、施設、利便性、価格帯、全てにおいて大満足の滞在でした。ホストの方は非常に親切かつ丁寧で、やり取りも迅速かつスムーズ。お部屋は清潔感があり、細部まで配慮が行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。 特に今回の旅の主目的の１つがららぽーと福岡のキッザニアだったので、徒歩数分で行けてとてもよかったです。最終時間ギリギｒまで遊んでもすぐ帰って休めるので全力で楽しめました。 また次回もぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

후쿠오카에 자주가는 사람으로써 평가하자면 우선 하카타나 텐진에 있는 것 보다 더욱 여유있고 일본의 정취를 느낄 수 있는 곳이 롯폰마쓰라는 생각이 듭니다. 호스트님도 친절하셔서 소통과 조치도 빠르고 건물 1층 인도식 커리 식당과 바로 옆 일본식 꼬치 요리 가게 음식이 참 맛있었습니다. 사장님이나 일하시는 종업원들도 상냥하고요. 또 숙소 바로 앞에 로손 편의점이 있고 멀지 않은 거리에 잡화점이나 스타벅스가 있어서 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 오호리 공원이 걸어서 5분도 안 걸린다는 점, 그리고 숙소 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이나 지하철역이 있어 시내로 이동이 편리하다는 점 등 전부 나열하기 어려울 정도로 장점이 많습니다. 숙소도 복층이라서 4명까지 사용이 가능할 것 같습니다. 다시 후쿠오카에 가게 되면 무조건 이 곳에 묵을 예정입니다.

房间虽然比较小，但该有的都有配备，我们是两队couple一起住（同层的两个房间）如果是太高的话，可能不建议，因为床铺会有点短，附近应该都是居民区，所以入住期间挺安静，房东回复也很快，整体性价比是非常高的一个选择

We really enjoyed our stay in this Tenjin area apartment. Having a table and couch was great. The two of us each took a different bed so we’d have good room to spread out. All the amenities worked great. The air conditioner was strong, the wifi was solid, and there were great directions for the washing machine. We never heard any street noise at all. The neighborhood is a great location for getting around Fukuoka. It’s an easy walk to 3 different subway stops. There’s a gyoza dumpling restaurant around the corner with a great happy hour special that we highly recommend. There’s also a Lawsons convenience store, a couple other restaurants and a craft beer bar all just a few steps away. Then if you feel like walking about 10 minutes, you can get to the Canal City mall with 8 ramen restaurants on the 5th floor or go the other direction to the underground shopping mall or the Blue Bottle coffee bar for the perfect latte. We would definitely stay here again!

숙소 사이즈가 생각보다 크고 엄청 조용했어요! 위치는 텐진에서 20분정도 떨어져있지만 놀고 편하게 쉬기 좋았습니다. 구비된 용품이 많아서 잘 이용하고 갑니다!

I had a very nice and comfortable stay here. Communication with the host 10/10; ease in getting into the Airbnb 10/10; comfort and cleanliness of room 10/10; aircon 10/10; hot water and water pressure 10/10; close to train, bus, convenience, stores, market, restaurants 10/10. I definitely recommend this host!

4명이서 방문했는데 너무 편안하게 잘 쉬었어요. 골든위크 기간에 방문해서 호텔이 너무 비싸서 차라리 최대인원 수 많은 에어비앤비에서 머물기러 했는데 최고의 선택이였어요. 일본 숙소는 대체적으로 작은데가 많다고 했는데 화장실도 넓고 잠자는 공간도 여유 있었어요. 쇼파침대가 의외로 편했답니다 !! 건물 새거에 넷플릭스도 되고 식탁도 있고 베란다도 있고 호스트 분도 엄청엄청 친절하세요. 하카타역에서 걸어서 약 13분? 정도고 근처에 로손, 세븐일레븐 있어서 편의성도 좋아요. 수건 갯수가 묵는 숙박일 보다 적게 나오는 것만 조금 불편하고 다 넘 좋았습니다. 하카타에서 묵으실 분은 꼭 여기서 숙박하세요 !! 별5개 입니당 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was really comfortable like my home. The owner always responded quickly and kindly. There were issues with the water, but they handled it accurately and quickly. Bedding and bathrooms were also neat. It's also easy to get to major tourist attractions by subway. I recommend it 🙏🏻😊
