山あいの歴史ある町でひと時、暮らすように滞在してほしいから、基本的に2泊からのご予約をしていただけると嬉しいです。 1泊希望の方はその旨メッセージを添えてリクエストをお送りくださると嬉しく思います。中山道の宿場町である奈良井宿の隣町に位置し、江戸時代から木曽漆器の産地として栄えた歴史ある町並み。重要伝統的建造物群保存地区に選定され、現在も漆器店が並んでいるこの町に、1931年に建てられました。お食事なしの一日一組限定、一棟貸し切りにてご利用頂いています。平沢のもつ魅力は何気ない日々の美しさ、豊かさだと思います。読書、散歩、地酒（日本酒・ワイン）を頂く、ゆっくり寝て起きるなど古きよきこの町で暮らすように滞在して頂けたら嬉しいです。日常の様子はSNSでも発信をしているので覗いてみてください。山の谷間の古いお家で網戸はありませんので、暖かい季節になれば自然の生き物が入ってくることもあります。 93年の建物は細部までぴかぴかに磨き上げれている訳ではありません。できるだけ清潔にと思いお迎えの準備をさせて頂いておりますが、大きなお心でお越し頂けると幸いです。

ここにしかない景色を楽しむ旅を。安曇野の北東に位置する旧明科町は北アルプスを一望でき、明科は犀川、高瀬川、穂高川が合流する地であり、豊かな湧水に恵まれた場所です。ここには「残したい美しい景色と静けさ」がありますそんな明科の古い建物を改装し、レトロモダンな空間に蘇らせ、一棟貸しの宿をつくりました。安曇野の空気に触れのんびりと、豊かで贅沢な時間を過ごしてほしいそんな想いを込めました当施設から明科駅まで徒歩5分、篠ノ井線で松本駅まで二駅で行けるので松本観光や長野方面へも行きやすいです。長峰山、廃線敷、大王わさび、白鳥飛来地なども近くにあり安曇野観光をお楽しみくださいすぐ目の前には「前川」が流れており、カヌー、ラフティング、サップなどの「龍門渕カヌー競技場」があり徒歩で行けますので練習にも最適な場所です。旧明科町は市街地ではなくローカルな町です、周辺は市街地ではないので何もないですが田舎暮らしや移住に興味のある方二地域居住や検討されている方などにおすすめです。
