Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Perfect for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the surrounding area, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

We had 5 wonderful days with our children of 7 and 10 at Sophia. What a fantastic place to discover beautiful Paris from here. Coincidentally, it was around 30 degrees these days so the kids could swim before we went out and when we came back from the city they couldn't wait to take another dip. On the first day we arrived a lot later than planned so the kids were disappointed that they might not be able to swim anymore but Sophia had everything all set up, what a nice welcome for the kids. Sophia was an incredibly nice and helpful hostess and responded immediately if we had a question. We look back on a fantastic trip with a wonderful stay that lacked nothing. After a day in the busy city, you could completely unwind at Sophia's. Thank you Sophia, it was great! We would definitely recommend it.

We were two families with 9 people total. There was room for one family in two bedrooms and a family for four in the upstairs bedroom. There was a toilet in every floor (3) and a great little outdoor area. Washer and dryer on the top floor in the office area of the bedroom. It was a 15 min walk from the metro station and a 2-5 min walk to a grocery store, cafe, restaurants, playground, bakery, all in an adorable neighborhood. And a river walk and river access about 5 min walk as well. Really nice stay in a very nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. Loved being on the A train line, so helpful for staying near Paris. Also went to st Germaine at the end of the A line, what a great place!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Yann was great to work with. His house is decorated really nice. It worked out great for my wife. My daughter and her husband and I the kitchen was impeccable. Lots of great space to gather and talk. The rooms were nice but private. The bathrooms were big and very nice. When there’s no traffic it’s only a half an hour to Paris. It’s close to Costco grocery stores and a lot of places to eat only a few minutes. Drive your own parking that was very nice. Easy to get in easy to get out. We had a great stay.

We had a wedding at the Domaine de Quincampoix, the accommodation is next door, super convenient we had a great time.

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Amaury couldn't have been more helpful! We posed several questions and received immediate replies, which given she was in New York at the time of our travel is pretty impressive!! (Thank you again Amaury) Surrounded by mature trees, bushes the property is a large, well appointed, secluded Parisian house. High ceilings, expansive rooms. Beds (linen and towels) were comfortable. Garden/grounds are large and haven for butterflies etc. Located opposite a beautiful lake and has plenty of parking which is secure behind mature trees and large gates. The kitchen is open plan, large and modern. Huge fridge/freezer. Laundry room is located downstairs. A small grocers & baker are to be found 10 mins walk from the property across the railway bridge. Highly recommended. We were 4 ladies, of mature years, travelling/driving from the UK. We felt safe and secure at night. We would highly recommend Amaury and this property and hope to return in the future, with families.

A real little piece of heaven! The apartment is perfectly designed for relaxation, with a quiet, warm atmosphere and all the comforts you need. The spa/jacuzzi is clearly the highlight of the accommodation: clean, well maintained and ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The interior is tastefully decorated, very clean, and everything is perfectly functional. Comfortable bedding, complete amenities, and a beautiful attention to detail (bright atmosphere, mirror, video projector, etc.) The host was very attentive, very welcoming and available. Perfect for a couples getaway or a wellness weekend. I would 100% recommend and hope to be back soon!
