Close to shops. Very quiet because it's at the back of the courtyard, which allows you to rest. Very well-equipped. Stéphane is very responsive to messages, which he responds to in a friendly way. Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting downtown Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this place and for the city!

A meeting full of flavors I found Jean-Pierre at the same time a little wild and very hospitable. A little wild by its adventurous side, a bit like a Robinson Crusoe in the middle of its forest. We were very well taken care of from our arrival to our departure and very well hosted. The accommodation was quite suitable for our family and all the more so with the 2 small children and the toys that remained at our disposal. Clean and functional accommodation, perfectly meeting our expectations.

Lovely two storey property. Clean, well kept. Luckily there was parking in the garage as there were building works at the cathedral next door which meant road closures. The garage was small but is the standard size for the area according to the neighbour. Very friendly neighbourhood.

Superb house with a small well-maintained garden and a very well-equipped terrace. The house is very spacious and everything is planned to make you feel very good. We felt expected and were greeted with great kindness. Discovering the place delighted us and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Séverine’s house is an extremely well appointed residence. The accommodation has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is set in a very peaceful and beautiful rural area. The pretty village of La Baconnière is only a short drive away, where you will find an excellent restaurant/bar, a boulangerie and a small grocery shop. I would definitely recommend a stay at Séverine’s place!

Nickel accommodation for one night.

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.
