Appartement spacieux, nous étions 5 et n’avons pas manqué d’espace. Il est aussi très bien situé, nous avons tout fait à pied et laisser notre voiture dans le parking privé (vrai +). Les hôtes étaient top et à l’écoute. Les instructions données étaient très claires, nous n’avons pas rencontré de difficulté pour trouver l’appartement et comprendre le fonctionnement du parking, etc. Le seul point faible de l’appartement est pour moi l’isolation, les bruits de la rue et de la vie dans l’immeuble étaient assez présents.

We really enjoyed the style of this airy, bright flat with it's big windows and homely feel. It's well equipped, the crockery and utensils are good quality, as are all major appliances, so everything works well. The neighbourhood is quiet and all the major sights are easily accessible on foot, so we could leave the car in the free parking just across the river, a bonus in such a central location. Angers is a proud city, full of elegant architecture and carefully maintained historic centers. The Chateau and the Apocalypse Tapestries are an unforgettable experience, we felt privileged to see them, and several other museums housed in exceptional buildings.

La communication et l'accueil avec Philippe, se sont très bien passés. Philippe est très avenant, il prend plaisir à nous faire visiter les lieux, nous expliquer l'histoire de sa propriété, qui est un havre de paix avec une magnifique nature environnante. Le logement est calme, fonctionnel pour ce que nous recherchions (une nuit étape à 6). La chambre en bas n'est pas hyper fonctionnelle (TV HS et absence eau chaude au lavabo, pas de WC), mais permet de dormir à deux adultes sans problème.
