El departamento es bonito y cómodo. Excelente ubicación frente al parque de los hippies. El único inconveniente: es un problema ingresar con invitados; ya que el dueño del apartamento debe autorizar a las visitas mediante un correo electrónico. Atienden hasta las 9 pm. No podrás entrar al edificio acompañado por nadie que no esté registrado, ni siquiera al baño. Si viajas sólo y te quedas en el corazón del área gay de Bogotá, tal vez no sea el mejor departamento para ti. Roberto es muy amable y atento.

El apartamento es un poco más grande de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos, la terraza es muy amplia y agradable. Tiene todo para una estancia amena, la cocina está muy bien equipada, quizá se podrían mejorar algunos pequeños detalles de limpieza. El sector es super tranquilo y hay bastantes restaurantes en la zona, incluso los domicilios llegan muy rápido. Es un apartamento muy cómodo, cuenta con parqueadero, excelente opción para fumadores o personas con perros, además la vecina del apartamento contiguo es muy amable. Los anfitriones fueron cordiales durante nuestra estadía, estuvieron atentos a nuestros requerimientos y nos colaboraron con un late check out. Es una excelente opción de estadía en Bogotá.

Beautiful apartment with an excellent location. Jorge was always available and helpful when needed. Most amenities were functional and useful. Exceptionally clean!! The apartment design was maybe 1990s era eccentric, though that was fine for us. Beware if you have mobility problems as the stairs may be quite a challenge to navigate. The breakfast was very minor (Not at all like the photo). As with most South and Central America regions the hot water may be sporadic. Also it may be useful to be aware that the city of Bogota shuts off water one day per week; for this apartment that day was Friday when we were there. Jorge was very proactive and had a good supply of water available for us!

Ana María is an amazing host, I was very fortunate that the universe brought me to her. I have never felt so welcomed in my life, her and the others living around la casa co-living showed me the full potential that a neighbor, a friend, or a person could be. The co-living space was beautiful and I found myself constantly relaxed and inspired by the energy and esthetic of the main house. The neighbors and other renters were incredibly kind and the whole experience provided me with a home away from home. The apartment space was private and overlooked the mountains, with a breath taking view at any given time of day and all the facilities required for a my 2 month stay. This experience has changed my life, and the only hardship was saying goodbye and now figuring out when I will return next. If you are considering visiting la casa co - living, just do it, you won’t regret it.

A fantastic stay for a very reasonable price! The listing was very cosy and tastefully furnished - I felt right at home. Loved the fact that the bedroom was separate space. Internet connection was strong and was able to work remotely connecting to video calls via Teams and Zoom without any problem at all. Building security was very attentive and kind. There was a decent gym five-minute walk away, and lots of options for great food all within waking distance! Would definitely repeat once back!

Very calm area but walking distance to the Main Street. There is also supermarket in front of the building, coffee shops around. The security is very kind and trying to help as much as possible.

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona excelente, en la que se pueden tomar Uber de forma rápida y cómoda, así como salir a caminar por las zonas cercanas para hacer variedad de actividades. Me gustó mucho el apartamento y la zona, y definitivamente volvería, muy recomendado. Además la atención de Juan fue de primera, eso merece reconocimiento. Tal vez lo único no 100% positivo es que al ser ciudad pueden haber ruidos de autos o reparaciones cercanas que tal vez podrían incomodar en ciertos momentos, pero eso no es culpa de nadie y es comprensible al estar en plena ciudad, lo menciono para tener en cuenta quién desee tal vez un sitio de estadía más tranquilo, en mi caso yo valoraba más estar en plena ciudad así que no hay problema.

When the power and wifi were temporarily off for service during check out, and we were unable to go online to book an Uber, and needing to use the app to pay, Marcella made sure that we had a paid ride to the airport, that she covered the cost of in advance. Estuve una semana con mi familia, éramos 9 personas, la casa era muy cómoda, limpia con todo el menaje necesario. El barrio es muy tranquilo, hay una panadería y un OXXO cerca, y al frente un restaurante llamado La Tiendecita que estuvo bien la comida. El anfitrión nos ayudó con el transporte del aeropuerto a la casa y 2 tours, uno a la Catedral de la sal y otro a Jaime Duque. Importante estar informado de cómo usar el calentador de agua por si estuviera apagado. Por supuesto que me volvería hospedar aquí
