Apartment vacation rentals in Chang Phueak

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Golf was one of the most helpful hosts I have ever had. When there was a power outage she found us another place to stay while they fixed it. Any questions we had or recommendations we wanted, she answered quickly and always helped us out. I couldn't ask for a better host for the month we stayed there. The location is walkable to any thing you could want. Local, inexpensive street food or luxury dinners. Fancy shops and local vendors. All right out your front door. We were able to easily get our sim card and set up mobile at the local Maya mall (great movie theatre). You can't get much more convenient than Golf's place.

My favourite stay in Thailand, been to Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket and easily my favourite. The place is so clean, feels like a luxury hotel room. Has everything you need from fridge, appliances, dishes+cutlery, even included laundry essentials. Location wise it was perfect, 2 mins from the mall, bars, food places, live music, salons, massage parlors etc. On top of being a 15 min walk from downtown Chiang Mai Square. On top of everything the host was extremely responsive, helpful, and very kind to us while we stayed there. Overall it was perfect I loved this place 10/10

The house is close to Nimman Road, surrounded by food, drink, and 5 minutes walk to Maya.The underground garage is also convenient for parking.The host is Chinese, Nice communication is accessible, and the response is more timely throughout.The balcony is large and you can see Kuthep Suthep mountain directly.Check-in is also very convenient, you can just take the key at the front desk.

Excellent location with the mall just being a few minutes away by foot and tons of great cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless and check-in was super easy. The view with the nice balcony was super enjoyable too. Shout-out to Aunchaya for being an excellent host, responding super quickly on chat, and for allowing me to store my bags after checkout time so I didn't have to carry them around while I waited for my next stay!

Tik was a great host. Although I didn't meet her in person; her communications were always thoughtful, clear, concise & prompt. The condo was great! Just as pictured. It had everything I needed. Clean & well appointed. The washing machine & detergent was especially nice. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end a day of exploration. Very conveniently located in the heart of Nimman. Nice restaurants & shops away from Nimman Rd on Nammana Haeminda Rd, at the end of the st. I highly recommend staying here.

WAN’s Airbnb was overall great for our stay in Chiang Mai. Pretty centrally located in old town Chiang Mai. Walkable in all directions. 7-11 locations in multiple locations to stock up on refreshments you may need during the warm weather. I truly enjoyed our stay as well as providing us with a driver for day tours we were interested in checking out that was a major plus! Would stay here again on our next visit to Chiang Mai!

The accommodation was excellent. It was clean, free of bugs, and definitely a place l'd love to stay again! The host was incredibly kind and assisted us even with a very late check-in time. I highly recommend this place!

Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

This is my second time staying here. This is the most comfortable apartment in Chiang Mai. There are many restaurants downstairs. It's very convenient to eat. There are many cafes. I'm happy just sitting there in the morning. The room faces the sun and is cozy. The washing machine is very convenient. The host communicates well and provides a lot of conveniently. I'm so happy! Thank you.🙏🏻

The unit was very clean, modern, and conveniently located in the Nimman area near a lot of restaurants and shops. The hosts were responsive and so quick to answer any of my questions, which made the process really smooth. I would definitely stay here again or at any of Prapaipak's other listings.

We stayed a full month here. The condo is very nice and comfortable. Its perfect for a family of 4 like we. We really enjoyed ourselfs here. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We had a small issue with the aircon but Peecha made sure it got fixed asap. Super good and quick service! The pool is huge, clean and beautifull and the building facilities are super. The building's security and staff are very professional and friendly. Opening doors for us and always a friendly greeting when you pass them. We felt more then welcome because of the lovely condo, the friendly host and staff. The condo is next to a nice 7 eleven and Central Festival. This was a huge advantage. The location also means super fast Grab delivery and rides. We will certainly come back here next year. Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Great place to stay in Nimman district. Very convenient for shops, bars, restaurants, Maya Centre, massage etc. Condo itself is very clean and easy to access. Pool is great with direct sun 10:30-13:00 in January. Gym has enough equipment to keep you going and maintaining fitness. Great communication from Por

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

I had a nice 1 week stay here. The apartment is well-equipped and is maintained in a perfect condition. Everything is modern and well-thought. It is located in the far end of the building, so no traffic noise and no neighbors from the sides. Only sometimes I've heard humming of the neighbor's air conditioner from the other floor and church bells from afar, but this didn't cause any discomfort. Arthit is very comfortable and pleasant to communicate with, truly a superhost. I've arrived at 11 AM and was able to check-in this early. Didn't need to wait. This will be the first option to stay on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!
