Vacation rentals with a patio in Champs-Élysées, Paris

We were absolutely thrilled with the location being so near to the Eiffel Tower and in clear view from our balcony. The clever placement of the flat’s mirrors provided us with many more interesting views of the tower. The flat is immaculate, beds are very comfy and the bathroom had a beautiful sunflower shower. The flat is decorated in a fresh color scheme that we really enjoyed. All in all extremely happy with our choice and stay.

This was a great stay!! The area really makes the Airbnb the best. The outside are is super cute and the Airbnb is really perfect for a quick stay in Paris!

Wir waren als Paar für 5 Übernachtungen bei Danielle. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sicheren Gegend 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von Pigalle. Alles, was man zum Essen braucht, Café und Brasserie gab es direkt in der Straße. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Buslinien und Metrostationen sind ebenfalls in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.

Wonderful! Easy check-in. Pamela was very responsive. Lots of good suggestions for restos or grocery shopping. Great location (steps to the subway, 10 minute walk to the Seine or Musee D'Orsay, 10 minute walk to morning pastry shop). Apartment is well lit. We were 2 adults and 2 older teenagers and had no issues with space. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen was adequate for our use (cooked some meals but mostly prepared breakfast or sandwiches). Weather was unseasonably hot during our stay so we were able to really enjoy the lovely 5th floor balcony (nothing beats a coffee and fresh croissant on a balcony on a Parisian morning). There is one WC (ie a toilet with a sink), 1 bathroom with sink and bathtub (no toilet) and 1 shower (no toilet), which worked very well for us. The home is on the 5th floor; we mostly took the stairs but some us would take the elevator. The elevator is small by N. American standards but able to hold 2 adults or 1 adult and a large suitcase. Loved our stay at Julie’s. The apartment has lots of lovely touches & is very spacious for 2 people. Having the piano and the beautiful giant couch was my favorite part. The view at night was amazing, you could see the lights of the Eiffel tower. The location is walkable, lots of things around, & yet still feel peaceful. Julie communicated well & made us feel welcome through our correspondence. I would definitely recommend staying at Julie’s.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. Un séjour parfait entre amis pour célébrer un enterrement de vie de jeune fille! La maison est incroyable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Tout était fonctionnel : jacuzzi, hammam, cuisine… Un vrai cocon de confort à seulement quelques minutes de Paris, mais dans un calme absolu. Idéal pour un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci encore pour cet accueil impeccable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Tarik is a wonderful host. From the moment I booked, he was extremely responsive from start to finish. He met us at the house upon check in and walked us through everything. He even walked around the neighborhood with us, showing us where to buy food, drinks, local restaurants, and the best boulangeries to pick up our daily baguettes. He also went to the metro with us and helped us figure out how many cards and trips we needed to buy. He made himself available all the time and even offered to drive us to the airport because the taxis were having a protest. The house itself was very clean. All the rooms are described exactly as it is on the listing. Plenty of space for storage. All amenities were included. The gardens in front and back of the house are beautiful, worth sitting outside for a snack or a chat. My family of 9 adults and 1 child felt very comfortable. Checking out, Tarik helped us with all of our luggage and even waved down a taxi for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

The house was fully equipped to make you feel like if you were home. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay with our family and even shared a dinner together there. Damien was very responsive and flexible. We loved the place. We will definitely stay here when we return to Paris. Thank you for hosting us. Jose

Le séjour fût très agréable avec un logement encore plus beau en réalité que sur les photos... Le coin est très calme mais il y a cependant beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Nous sommes convaincus de revenir au vu de la beauté du lieu et des environs, je ne pourrais que recommander le logement de Loan et Sylvain ! Ils ont été, en plus, très agréable et chaleureux à notre accueil. Merci à eux !

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved this lovely apartment in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of room and so fun to be able to eat on the patio. We loved walking through the neighborhood and finding cafes, places to buy groceries, and even a playground that our granddaughters enjoyed! Wonderful place. Highly recommend it. Hosts were very responsive!
