It consists of a bedroom, bathroom-toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room and a beautiful outdoor patio. In addition, the apartment has heating and cooling through an eco-friendly aerothermal system, with underfloor heating. It also has high-speed fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi.
