Vacation rentals with a patio in Chacabuco Province

This was my fourth visit to Las Condes, I’ve stayed in the same building each time. These are by far the best hosts I’ve had here! They went above and beyond to help me when needed and were extremely friendly. The shower is great and the water gets very hot. It just takes about 2 minutes to get hot, no problems. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The amenities available in the building are excellent. The area is extremely safe and the private security does an excellent job. I don’t know why two people have said the bed was uncomfortable or cheap… for me the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the pillows were amazing and soft. There is air conditioning if needed which you won’t find everywhere so that’s a unique advantage. The balcony is great for drinking coffee and getting fresh air. There are common areas for relaxation or work and the pool is amazing. A wonderful experience. I 100% recommend it.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in. Gonzalo had everything in the Airbnb that it feels like you are at home such as cleaning stuff, washer, dryer, several kitchen equipment even had things to make smoothies and also a bbq grill. You felt like you were at home. The apartment was super clean, the bathroom super spacious and the kitchen was amazing. The tvs were great in the living room and in the room. The closet also was filled with extra blankets, super big and terrace was amazing. 10/10 recommended for the price and would love to stay there again. Super cozy and you felt like you were at home. Has a gym, pool and lounge area. Best Airbnb that I found in Santiago Chile and also was located one of the most prestigious neighborhood.

The apartment is fully equipped, in addition the host cares about a good reception with welcome coffees and sweets. It is very good location and has a comfortable parking lot that makes the stay more pleasant. The neighborhood has excellent services and tranquility, it is very good location within Santiago.

Simply spectacular! The stay at Rodrigo's apartment was a top notch experience. The place is spotless, everything is new, modern and of excellent quality. It is full equipped with A/C, washer-dryer inside the apartment, ultra fast internet, Nespresso coffee machine and even free cold beers upon arrival. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and very well connected, ideal for both resting and getting around the city. You can see the dedication in every detail, from the decor to the little gestures of hospitality. Rodrigo was an attentive, professional and always available host. Definitely a 10/10. Would repeat enchanted!

Juan Carlos welcomed us very well, he is attentive and was very considerate with the departure times. The place is very quiet and the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There were four of us staying in this beautiful, cozy house. This one day passing through was much too short, such a nice place to stay is best rented for longer. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice place for family or large group, we enjoyed a great weekend, spacious and comfortable spaces, super quiet, lots of nature, nice gardens, good pool, well integrated pool table, tennis court, good terrace, very comfortable, I could say that there was no shade in the pool, and loungers Catalina was always available, friendly and attentive to requirements, thank you very much

Impeccable, very nice decor, best location and the host super helpful. The building is old and on the outside it doesn't show what the apartment is that it's newly remodeled and has everything. I recommend it 100%!

Excellent apartment at a great location. Host Claudia is amazing and an exemplary host. The level of communication is also excellent and is very available to guests The apartment reception is very clean and everything was exemplary. The building has a paid public laundry (not included in the accommodation) to arrange coins for all interested.

A great find! Perfectly located for exploring the city (blocks from a main toll road through Santiago) and for getting up the mountain to ski! Spacious and comfortable - a wonderful spot for a group of friends and/or family coming together. Looking forward to returning in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor patio space and the pool! Hosts were communicative, easily available, and incredibly helpful.

Carolina's apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. We arrived to a very clean apartment, with coffee and tea available. Carolina was very available. Good experience, we would definitely love to come back again.

Check-in was a little confused. They didn't know why I was there. Called Rodrigo and it got sorted instantly, though. After that, everyone waa very friendly. The apartment itself has a great view of the city and surrounding mountains.
